Overall customer service was fair but a few things didn’t add up in my mind. A bit stingy with the fillings The one I normally go to doubled nearly everything but the cheese these two used. Was a bit disappointed there. Paid with coupon and got fountain drinks and 2 cookies. Seemed a bit off considering the $11 more I paid for the same thing in Vegreville. Tasted good but needs some work.

I’ll forever avoid coming to this location. I’m embarrassed on their behalf for the lack of customer service skills. Nothing worse than an employee making you feel like you’re a bother to them just by simply expecting them to do their job. Ivan that works there needs to figure it out. wouldn’t even put my stuff in the bag, just handed me a bag and walked away, no thank you, no nothing. I regret even tipping that poor excuse of a worker. Oh well, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Hope other people will too. Ungrateful staff and business owners shouldn’t be rewarded.

I went to subway for my lunch around 3:15pn today . The girl who was working with glasses doesn’t have etiquette how to serve the customer . She was having rude behaviour . Zero customer service.

Definitely the most pleasant experience I’ve had at subway in a while. The Filipino fella that made my sandwich made it with love for sure. And I appreciate that. Thank you

I decided to go after work around 7:30ish and when I was checking out, I paid for my meal and afterwards, I wanted to know how much the new Happy Gilmore cups were ( my friend wanted one) so I asked. The worker basically slammed his hands on the cash register and rolled his eyes. His coworker stepped in and told me they were just in combo.

their pop machine is not clean, there was ants in it and other bugs. if there's bugs in there what else is not clean.

Sub was ordered at wrong location, was told theres nothing they can do and that I'll have to purchase again... won't be using this store anymore
I have not been to Subway in a long time more than a year for sure. I barely recognized anything on the menu as the names have changed.
I ordered a foot-long BMT, not sure what it’s called now.
OMG, talk about shrinkflation! Yes, I believe the bun was close to a foot long, but the diameter is half of what it used to be. The guy making the sandwich, cut it and try to spread the bread out to make it wider The meat slices could not be thinner or smaller without violating laws of physics.
Even though I asked for extra onions and extra lettuce, there was almost nothing to eat there. The tomato slices were small and see-through Honestly, a Costco hotdog would have been twice the amount of food.
The sandwich used to be nine bucks now it’s 14.
Goodbye Subway
Staff greeted me with a smile when i entered. all of the tables and floor looked clean, AND my wife liked her emergency lunch!
