I decided to go after work around 7:30ish and when I was checking out, I paid for my meal and afterwards, I wanted to know how much the new Happy Gilmore cups were ( my friend wanted one) so I asked. The worker basically slammed his hands on the cash register and rolled his eyes. His coworker stepped in and told me they were just in combo.

their pop machine is not clean, there was ants in it and other bugs. if there's bugs in there what else is not clean.

I have not been to Subway in a long time more than a year for sure. I barely recognized anything on the menu as the names have changed.
I ordered a foot-long BMT, not sure what it’s called now.
OMG, talk about shrinkflation! Yes, I believe the bun was close to a foot long, but the diameter is half of what it used to be. The guy making the sandwich, cut it and try to spread the bread out to make it wider The meat slices could not be thinner or smaller without violating laws of physics.
Even though I asked for extra onions and extra lettuce, there was almost nothing to eat there. The tomato slices were small and see-through Honestly, a Costco hotdog would have been twice the amount of food.
The sandwich used to be nine bucks now it’s 14.

Staff was not approachable, came in @ 7:30pm. No greetings, No smile, bad customer service especially the guy. I asked him if what time they closed but he answered me with a frown face. These Filipinos are not good examples of how filipinos are well known for their hospitable attitude. Won’t visit again this location.

I usually do not complain because I use to work in the food service industry and have a lot of understanding. This experience really left a bad first impression. I walked in just to get a rice bowl with avocado(I had protein at home) and I got charged basically the same
price as a regular bowl with protein. I asked “why is it so much, I might as well just get protein” They responded that there was no longer a button to do just rice and avocado so there is nothing they can do. So I just asked to give me a regular bowl since I am basically paying the same price. on the screen the price was 11.99 and I got charged 13 dollars. I questioned it and got “I dont know why the system says a different price, I will talk to my manager but you still got to pay this price” and handed me the machine. I literally was so confused because the menu literally said a different price. I had a long day and didn't want to argue, so I payed and left. It did really annoy me though and hopefully it was just a one off experience.
