Whoever makes the potato wedges at this location needs a promotion to head office as the official potato wizard for all of Canada. All the other Tim's locations can't figure it out, they always taste like soggy saw dust. But not here! crispy and fresh every time, I come weekly and I'm never disappointed.
I have better things to do with my time than review a Tim's but I just finished eating this weeks wedges and they were so stinkin good it brought a tear to my eye, so naturally I needed to share this experience to the universe.. bravo potato wizard.. bravo

I am beyond tired of this Tim Hortons wasting my time. I have spent so much time waiting in line because they’re very unorganized in there for some reason. This morning I had to wait in line for 20 minutes for no reason and not get a coffee because no one bothered to put a sign out front that says debit machine is out of order. You need to sort your store out man!! I can just start making my own coffee instead of spending over $100 a month on that store
I have been here a lot lately, The service overall is good, couple of hiccups with mobile ordering. The staff didn't see it as I waited. But the care they give the place is great. Watched an employee doing clean up outside (since some customers are pigs and don't know how to use a garbage can) if she couldn't get it with the broom she still got it picked up. I've seen a lot of staff at other places, just keep going and ignoring what doesn't instantly go into the dustpan. So nice to see

I went there at 8:30pm and they were out of everything to eat and they didn’t want to make anything either. They just replied that “it's usually all out by now you should have come earlier”. Like seriously how can a food chain run out of food.

place is loud, the lady that served me was extremely rude and loud, rushed my order and kept interrupting me when i was just trying to order. everyone is always yelling at each other and the place seems so hostile. i will never come back here again. so uncomfortable.
Vegetarian options: for the lunch menu there are some vegetarian options for loaded wraps but theyre all so expensive that it isnt worth buying. aside from that theres a blt but if someone doesnt like those they cant really order much in terms of sandwiches and wraps. theres one vegetarian soup (broccoli) and its ok
Dietary restrictions: having to pay extra for dairy alternatives because im lactose intolerant is honestly ridiculous and unfair.
Wheelchair accessibility: the place is really awkward and clunky. does not look very accessible
