Went on Wednesday night and watched several people come in and be made to wait at least 15 minutes for their food in the store. This was at 7:00 p.m.

They ignore me and everyone else standing there. Every time I try to go inside to make an order, I stand there for long enough that it would have been way quicker to go to the drive through and I end up having to do that anyway, and wait there forever, just to get a damned coffee.
They don’t even acknowledge your existence while you are standing there waiting to order, it’s ridiculous and rude. At least say please hold on a minute, SOMETHING, anything other than ignoring you completely for as long as you’re willing to waste time standing there until you give up and go through the drive through. They got a couple stars because the drive through is quick and friendly in the morning, and that’s the ONLY reason.

Don't bother going here. Not open 24 hours. No indication why it was closed. Not a white person worked here. Closed at 1030 with no given reason. She said she was too lazy to make coffee. That's why they were closed. Get your crap together franchisee owner. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

By far the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I preorder my coffee 20 minutes prior and it’s never ready when I get there. You’ll be in the drive thru for 20 minutes when there’s only 2 cars ahead of you ordering nothing but 2 drinks. I’ll be going to a different one from now on.

I live within easy walking distance to this place, but will NEVER return. After putting my sandwich onto a bagel (which I did not request), I asked for what I actually ordered (BROWN bread.) They literally took it off the bagel and slapped it into the middle of two pieces of WHITE bread.

I had to reassemble the sandwich myself so I wasn't just getting bites of bread at either end. I didn't want to return it a second time as I feared what might happen to it back there.

While we were there, another came in from the drive-thru with the wrong order! I'm not sure what's going on there, but clearly people aren't paying attention.

Tables inside were also left dirty. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

This morning I was excited to see the Nutella treats we’re back!!! So I ordered my coffee and a Nutella croissant (memories of a crispy croissant smothered in warm Nutella) Well what a disappointment. I know shrinkflation has taken over the world but this is ridiculous. I got a mini croissant with what looked like the remnants of Nutella left on a used knife. This is not my favorite Tim Hortons and now I know why. I have gotten so many bad mixes and sad baked goods. Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple, please you can do better!
