The worst Tim Hortons in Fort Saskatchewan by far. Every time I go here they mess up my order, just today I ordered an extra large coffee, they gave me a tea. Then I ordered a bagel BELT and it only had egg and a slice of cheese on it. Horrific. Plus they don’t even bother to put a sleeve on hot coffee before they pass it out to you. Steer clear.
By far the worst Tim Horton's in Fort Saskatchewan. If you want better quality and service just go to one of the other locations in town. I'll usually go to drive thru for a quick breakfast and most of the time the food is old. Today I ordered a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich which featured an old egg and almost raw bacon, a chocolate glazed donut with no glaze and a watered down french vanilla coffee. From now on I'll spend the extra few minutes to go to another location.

One lady there is so rude and others can't speak clearly and aren't happy at all. Order is almost ALWAYS wrong. Always out of doughnuts except plain ones a day old. Worst timhortins I've ever been to. Service is not good and because of all this we go elsewhere along with many others that have noticed the same thing.
