I've been to this tims five times in the span of a week and each time im met with the exact same, low quality service.
Each time I have arrived at this Tims I have not been greeted, I wait at the till for upwards of 6 minutes till a worker decides to take my order.
Whenever I order a drink I am met with dissapointment, each time I order a pumpkin spice drink it does not taste like pumpking one bit. I also order almond milk as normal dairy cannot be in my diet, though twice now, my latte has been made with dairy milk rather than almond milk. My order was messed up once also, they did not give me the correct drink and attempted to tell me I was wrong.
Dissapointed throughly, if you want tims I suggest avoiding this one.

Went into the front to order on a busy Saturday as the drive through was super backed up. Took awhile for the staff to come and to the front counter to take the order, but when she did come; service was great.
