Asked for a straw, plum sauce, and extra frosting and recieved none of those items. Either the Uber driver forgot a bag or they just missed putting them in. But they charge for the extra condiments and I paid, so I kinda expect to get them. And they show up on my recipe so I know I checked the boxes. Bummer when its delivery and you can't go back and ask for the missing items.

I went through the drive thru today and tried a Cobb salad. I didn't open it till I got home, and was very disappointed to find old, brown lettuce, VERY old tomatoes, no cutlery to eat the salad or the Frosty. Good thing I was eating it at home. The drive through staff are quite dismissive as well. I waited so long at the pick up window, I was looking around while I was waiting, and the window opened and the staff said "HEY"...what a terrible way to greet a customer...especially one that has been waiting 7 mins to even be acknowledged. I can see by the very long list of negative reviews here that I am not alone, but this location really needs to do better. We have a choice about where we spend our money for food, and I won't spend another cent at this one.

I've only been through the drive-through lately. Customer and food service was quick and efficient. They're now serving the Krabby Patty. The kids loved it. The only down part to it all was we were hoping for krabby Patty themed wrapping or box to complete the experience. Unfortunately, there wasn't. Still delicious.

Yes the staff was friendly, Yes the food was as expected.
The lady with the disposable gloves, touched money, touched the garbage can and touched YOUR food as she bagged it to go out the window. Gloves are for a reason and it is not to keep employee hands clean. Maybe a food safe course? Understand how bacteria is transfered?
Not fair to have a child puking and crying 6 hours after his once in 2 month treat of a cheezeburger and frosty.

We arrived at 10:07pm to order in the dining room as we were staying at a hotel across the street and walked over. When we arrived the door was locked and a worker inside gave a hand gesture that they were closed. On the door there was a sign that had the hours saying dining room was available until 10:30pm. We walked through the drive thru and asked if we could order this way as we didn’t have our car. They said yes and when we walked to the window the lady asked us to step aside so she could process the car behind us. We stood aside and 5 more cars came through and we had to wait. We finally walked back through the drive thru once all the cars were done and ordered at the window at 10:25pm. When we placed our order the lady laughed at us turned around at her coworker and they both started laughing mocking our order. I don’t know if they were laughing at what we ordered or if they were not wanting to make the food (which wasn’t a large order), but it was extremely frustrating as we are paying for the food and the restaurant is still open for 4 hours so it’s not like we were coming right before close. Very frustrating experience and the actions of staff would prevent me from ever returning or recommending this location.

When google and the sign say open at 6:30 you better be taking orders at 6:30, not this 6:50 and still nobody taking orders and front door locked.

The staff are always rude and unprofessional, the service is always slow, the quality of the food is garbage, and it's clear the people that work there do not want to be there. This restaurant needs new management.

Food is always good, but we ordered from Skip, and not only did we not receive anything we had actually ordered, but we drove to the location that was "supposedly" open until 1Am was closed when we had arrived just past 11
