Every single time ive gone here they make me wait out front for the food atleast 10 minutes. They say its the sausage in the breakfast sandwich that takes so long. Almost every breakfast sandwich has the sausage on it. How do you take that long every single time? Dont speak good English. Orders are often wrong.

After waiting for at least 10 minutes, I finally got my order. I grabbed the bag on the counter and the worker guy grabbed it back and ripped it out of my hands! There was a delivery driver waiting for good, he saw this, also another customer who was waiting for his family's food. After he ripped it out of my hands, he asked me what I ordered. I said to him, the food in the bag is what I ordered. Then I told him what my order was. I'm visibly indigenous and I felt racially profiled. You need to do better Wendy's.

worst wendy’s location. trying to order chicken strips and redeem another sandwich at the drive thru but the guy is like in a rush, at the window he keeps on insisting the app is not working so we need to go inside, all of the team members don’t know how the app works and how we can redeem even the sandwich is already added to the app. Maybe they needed more training in terms of customer service.

They never give you extra chicken even when they charge you an extra 5$ for it, they just spread it out to make it look like it, either because theyre too lazy to make more or just scamming. It has happened more than once, so it clearly is a problem. they never salt their drive thru.

They forgot to give me a drink. I never left the counter still had my receipt in my hand my food was in front of me. When I asked for a drink they called the manager. I set the receipt down in front of them but he just ignored it I spent between 7 to 10 minutes going through the cash register looking for my order. Then he just tossed the cup on the counter. When I asked for a straw he said we don't give straws to people that are dining in. Very far from the normal Wendy's that has great service and pleasant staff.
Possibly the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. This place is disgusting and unhygienic.

This location is the worst. The staff are incredibly rude. At this location I there seems a cultural bias that doesn’t need to exist. The restaurant is closed a lot of the time during regular hours. Be careful in the drive through especially in the winter. There’s a large grate that gets surrounded by ice and cars sometimes slip into the hole. Beware.
