Went at 10:50 PM because they are open till 1AM according to Google maps. They were closed.
Sent in order through App. Used drive thru and food was ready in a few minutes.

There was only three staff working the whole restaurant. Food was hot fresh and tasty. They were doing the best they could. I was impressed with how fast they were working.

This location is to be avoided the staff here have no respect they are always rushing you to complete your order. Shoving the debit machine in your face. And constantly messing up orders. I would not recommend this location unless they hire all new staff that show respect and know how to correctly do their jobs

Patties, crumbling falling, apart from half of it missing also, they’ll just go crazy with their own condiment and vegetables on things that don’t even have them on the menu so be careful if you’re allergic to things.

Workers could use some hospitality training. Feels like I'm a burden to them every time I stop there. And the eye rolls when I say I have the app to collect rewards points are definitely not needed. Only reason to go to wendys is the affordable menu options.
Never open late despite showing later hours on google
Hi, this is about Skip order# 80959 from Wendy’s. Restaurant staff packed the food in front of me at 11:56am and then put the food bag aside. Staff handover the food bag to me after 10 minutes. They kept me waiting unnecessarily for 10 minutes. When I asked the reason of not handing over the food bag then staff showed me attitude and said we have lots of other work. Although I was alone inside the restaurant and staff was not busy but they argued with me when I asked them for not handing over the food bag to me upon readiness. Food delivery driver’s need to take a note👎👎👎

It’s good deal I get 2 for $4 wraps breakfast and I like the food, but their service absolutely sucks. Almost 20 minutes I had to wait. I can literally order pizza and it will be ready before the Wendy food does. Please fasten the service

If I could rate my experience a 0 star I absolutely would, they don’t even deserve a 1 star. I ordered a strawberry lemonade a chicken burger and jbc off skip. I got a Coca Cola which was whatever. I wish they would say sold out on skip if they don’t have it. But the biggest issue was the lettuce on my burgers. The jbc and chicken burger had lettuce on it that actually looked pretty good surprisingly but the second you go in for a sniff it smells as though they took the lettuce and rubbed it inside of a rotting fish. Even taking the lettuce off and trying to eat the burger was impossible because of the smell and taste. So my food was inedible. I then tried to get a refund on skip but they would only refund the strawberry lemonade. So I called the restaurant and this woman who barely knows English was trying to help me (or so I thought) I told her my lettuce smelled like fish to which she responded they don’t sell fish. To which I responded I know that but it was rotting lettuce and STUNK like fish. She then said “give me a minute ma’am and put the phone down. Then 30-45 seconds goes by and I get hung up on. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I would have never left this review if they would have just handled this entire situation differently. But now their ratings can drop even lower.

When ordering food through a delivery app, I would figure they make the food fresh like most other franchises. NOPE!
ordered an Asiago spicy sandwich and the chicken was dry as hell. To me it was almost unedible. Even the chili that came with the meal was barely lukewarm. Like how long has it been sitting at this temperature for?! I don't even think that's even safe to serve. I had to literally force feed myself this garbage because I have nothing to eat in my brand new apartment. Thanks ✌️

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 JBC’s and a classic asiago with regular cheese and extra toppings.
Unfortunately when I got home and tried my sandwich it was spicy chicken instead of regular. Mistakes happen so I wasn’t to upset but i went back to the store and went into the dine in to have it corrected, after speaking with the 1st guy the manager was sent to me and I explained I got spicy instead of regular chicken so I was hoping to have the sandwhich remade correctly.
I had to argue with the manager as to what I ordered and she almost demanded the mistake sandwhich back from me. I told her I would not, as they aren’t even supposed to ask for the sandwhich back for food safe handling practices.
She ended up remaking the sandwhich for me which I appreciate but it’s bit ridiculous having to argue about a remaking a sandwhich that a mistake was a made on. I understand mistakes happen but I am disappointed in the service received trying to correct it.
I used to work at a Wendy’s for years in BC and the managers used to do the same thing so almost makes me wonder if this is something corporate is encouraging these manager to do and say but I sure hope that’s not the case.
