worst wendy’s location. trying to order chicken strips and redeem another sandwich at the drive thru but the guy is like in a rush, at the window he keeps on insisting the app is not working so we need to go inside, all of the team members don’t know how the app works and how we can redeem even the sandwich is already added to the app. Maybe they needed more training in terms of customer service.

They never give you extra chicken even when they charge you an extra 5$ for it, they just spread it out to make it look like it, either because theyre too lazy to make more or just scamming. It has happened more than once, so it clearly is a problem. they never salt their drive thru.

They forgot to give me a drink. I never left the counter still had my receipt in my hand my food was in front of me. When I asked for a drink they called the manager. I set the receipt down in front of them but he just ignored it I spent between 7 to 10 minutes going through the cash register looking for my order. Then he just tossed the cup on the counter. When I asked for a straw he said we don't give straws to people that are dining in. Very far from the normal Wendy's that has great service and pleasant staff.

This location is the worst. The staff are incredibly rude. At this location I there seems a cultural bias that doesn’t need to exist. The restaurant is closed a lot of the time during regular hours. Be careful in the drive through especially in the winter. There’s a large grate that gets surrounded by ice and cars sometimes slip into the hole. Beware.

Tried to order lunch today. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to take an order even though they clearly saw me. Nope? OKAY THEN... Before that? The food was as icy as the fries. Done trying to hope this location gets it together. It won't. Hard pass on this franchise. Go to A&W actually get hot and fresh food with a smile because you won't get any of these things at WENDY's at FORT SASK! KNOW BETTER, DO BETTER!

In desperate need of an upgrade. Ladies bathroom stalls don't have functioning locks, the staff are not happy or friendly, won't be back.

Customer service needs work asked for a jr bacon plain and when we got to the window the guy said the total was 22$ when the total should have been 5 for 2 then when we asked for a refund and for the right burger they gave us the wrong burgers and gave us cash back never again will I go here

90% of the time I go there they are out of something. They rarely have cheese sauce ready to serve, sometimes if I have wanted it, they ask me to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. 1 other time they told me they had no toppings ready for the burgers and I had to wait for everything to be ready and they even ran out of fries!
