Staff is friendly, store is clean and maintained well enough. They refuse to use salt on fries here, and if you ask for salt on yours they will be very annoyed and sometimes argumentative. I would go anywhere else if given the opportunity.

A and w sucks not really better quality proportions are garbage prices are ridiculous and it’s not fast, you’re always waiting here and disappointed. Literally 6 dollars for a 3 bite burger or 6 dollars for like 6 onion rings sometimes get 5. Place is a joke definitely don’t recommend it, go to captain pizza way better quality, way better proportions, way better prices better service and almost just as fast probably would wait and extra 5 mins if that. Trash

Living in Fox Creek. Decided it was time for some A&W. Totally regret it. We ordered teen burgers and crispy chicken. Chicken was overcooked and cold, root beer was mostly soda water and worst of all the mayo seriously tasted like someone put white glue in your burger. IDK if it's bad or what. All three of us tossed out our meals. I love A&W but I'll never go back to this one because I feel sick to my stomach already
