We stopped here for a snack. ordered pistachio latte, 2 habanero wrap and an ice cap. we were already in a rush and the guy that took our order did not know how to speak english and thus made ordering really difficult. when we pulled up to the window, they (GUY) charged us for another persons order. when the mistake was realized. instead of subtracting the already paid amount we got refunded in cash and had to do it all over again… when we got our food, they gave us lime wrap instead of habanero.. forgot the pistachio drink.. disappointing.
This location is terrible for adding more water than milk to the London fogs. I've been working in the area for the week and I've asked several times to have more milk than water and they always say ok but ignore the request. It's a latte.... Not a tea. There should be no water added at all.

Michelle is always happy, smiling and gives us grrrreat customer service! This is our regular pit stop coming to and from Grande Prairie. Its weird that the manager (I assume) sits in the same chair with his child, always on his computer with ear buds, every week that we cone through.
