The Fox Creek Tim Hortons is a joke! For the first time I went inside to place an order, I thought the drive through was bad but this was worse ( I'll get to the drive through in a min). So I placed an order and it was simple a coffee, sandwich and some wedges. With only 2 other customers ahead of me it shouldn't take long, yeah right, almost 25 minutes to get my order and there was definitely more than enough staff.now for the drive through they will take your order and make you wait at the menu untill your order is ready or if they are nice enough to call you ahead they will give you your coffee and tell you to go park and wait for the rest of your order which is out about 30 seconds after you park. And this is because the manager doesn't want you to exceed the 2 minute time limit at the window it doesn't matter if the line goes around the block as long as nobody is sitting at the window then when you do get your order make sure to check your drinks because if you ask for a large they fill it only 3/4's of the way so technically they are charging for a large but giving you a medium. Sorry for the long rant but this is by far the worst tim Hortons that I've been to

Well This place hasn’t been open for a very long time and it’s definitely not an example of a standard that most Tim’s carry. Bathrooms….. bathroom faucet was loose and floppy. No hand towels, electrical hand dryer non functional. Also no soap in the dispenser…….. that’s pretty bad. It’s like a third world country restroom. Food. They had to sub in items both of our orders. Missing items we ordered. Had to go back up. I really don’t like giving bad reviews but man…. Get it together
