Nowhere in the states can we find a major chain using antibiotic-free meats. Not only is it healthier but A&W is consistently delicious! The employees are professional and show appreciation for their jobs. Thank you :-)

Can’t get a simple order right, have made 3 separate orders in the past two days and they haven’t gotten a single one right. I don’t think it should be that hard to work at a fast food in a small town. 10/10 not recommended

Stopped here on the way from Jasper to Grande Prairie, never again. It was 18 outside and so cold inside the staff had their coats on. We decided to get our food and eat in our car. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with extra pickles, get to the car its a chicken burger, ok not a big deal. We go back inside to get the right burger. Staff member was demanding to see another customers receipt saying he didnt pay. There must be an issue with their debit machine as it declined the first time on us as well as 2 other guests. When we get my burger we take one bite of the poutine and find a hair, so we have them remake this as well. My burger was cold and paper thin. Never again will we stop here. Horrible experience all around. Another customer said his sweet potato fries were horrible, he threw them all away. Management needs to make some serious changes at this place.

This restaurant cannot even get a coffee order correct. If you ask for a Double Double or Triple Triple coffee you are given coffee with absolutely no sugar or sweetness. At first I thought it was just at the bottom of the cup, unstirred, but there is no sugar whatsoever. I have had to add my own sugar after reaching my destination. The sugar dispenser isn't working, or the employees aren't paying attention, either way the result is entirely disappointing. This is the 3rd time this week alone. I stopped coming here for a while because of this issue but figured I'd give it another chance. I am let down every time.

I don’t know how many times I’ve gone to this a&w and nothing is right. Ask for extra cheese, they’ll charge you for it and not put it on, ask for no onions and they put it on and their solution is to just take them off (if I had an allergy I could literally sue) today I paid for 6 pieces of bacon and got 2.. I want to go there less and less.. hire people that actually do their god damn job.

Honesty wow!So we decided to take our grandsons to A & W here last week . I wanted to use gifts cards I had been hanging onto for a while but they wouldn't work. So the nice young gentleman said let me try later, leave me your phone number and name and if I get them working I will call you. Well here we are a week later and Jomari (I hope I spelled it right) called me to say he got them working and I could pick them up. Now there is honesty he could have easily used them and I would be none the wiser. Thanks again Jomari for your honesty!!
