“Ceasar salad - stellar; well-dressed, shredded parm, real bacon bits. Aptly sized croutons. Spaghetti was great - bolognese was meaty, plenty of sauce. Savoury. Rich.seasoning balanced out the bit of sweetness and acidity. The ribs were soft and tender. Plenty of meat on the bone as well. The sauce was bold and smoky, bit of a tang. The garlic bread was soft in the center and thick enough to soak up any sauce left on the plate.“
