Had a terrible experience there last night. We are from out of town here on a date night quad trip, and decided to try big horn as it was close to our hotel.
When i say the food was terrible i mean the food was terrible. I ordered the Chicken cordon blue, and my partner ordered the ribs.
Our food arrived, my chicken was covered in gravy which i did request, when i told the server there shouldn’t be gravy she just says sorry… the chicken was soggy and processed tasted like it was from M&M meats so most definitely packaged, the mashed potatoes had a funny taste and were cold, the peas and corn were from a frozen bag from the grocery store. My partner had the same issue cold potato and same veggies with what he said was kraft bbq sauce again, he ate but he didn’t enjoy it- me on the other hand couldn’t eat more then a few bites. Our waitress didn’t check on us at all until the end of the meal where I told the server that the food was not good and i couldn’t eat any of it. We received our bill and were charged fully for a meal that i couldn’t even touch.
I don’t ever put reviews but i was so disgusted by the services the food the price, definitely feel like others who visit Grande Cache should be warned to stay clear and try other places in town.
0 out of 10 that’s how bad i would rate this place.

Stopped in for brunch while camping in the area. Service was fantastic, food was quick, coffee was fresh.

We were told of this place by a local resident. So thankful for the referral. This restaurant has good, fresh coffee. Service is with a smile. Food is tasty.

We went there on a saturday night for supper and some drinks. The service was great and attentive. They didn't seem to have a lot Of alcohol drink selection. The food was good and fresh.They closed at ten like a lot of places in this town. We can actually say we drank a bar dry of spiced rum.

My beef dip was literally a hoggie bun with a slab of dry roast beef on it. Nothing else. Server didn’t ask if I had a concern, the people I ate with I had just met so I didn’t want to say anything. I will never return here again. Servers stand around with their hands in their pockets as well. And I’m not an overly picky person but this was shocking.

Great friendly staff, good food, and Free pool table. I played myself for a game, drinking beer while waiting for my food. I kicked my A$$! Mind you, I did set myself up pretty good a few times! And ever since, I’ve been the champ!

I ordered take out from Big Horn Grill and Pizza last night because their food is usually good . It looked and tasted like it came out of the garbage. It was GROSS. Won't be ordering from their any time soon, thats for sure!?
