Been coming to this place every time when in town. Up until recent they must have had a management chance as service has become unbearable. Probably the worst I’ve ever been served. Not only I’ve been asked what my order was about 10 times, they still got it wrong. Is it too much to ask for a chicken sandwich and wings?

Did ownership change?! Received the worst service of my life and only 4 people in the restaurant. Lady didn't acknowledge us for 15 minutes. Then she only took one person's order at our table and left. Weirdest experience I've ever had.

The food was good, the atmosphere was nice although service was pretty bad. Maybe it was just a bad night for workers or that there were new people, but we had lots of issues. Such as not getting sauces (and then not getting the correct sauces), one cocktail never came and the other one was done incorrectly, we had to ask for utensils. Would probably give them another chance though.

This place used to be good. Regularly came here for the fish and chips but they are changing recipes including this one for cheaper alternatives. Only thing great here is the service and friesNote that the owner responded and is being a deceitful, where they no longer make bluecheese from scratch, no longer make their own tartar sauce and has changed the Ceasar dressing.

This place is fantastic! Good service, atmosphere, wonderful, tasty food, this is a true family friendly place that has awesome food. We asked the locals where we should eat and was given this place. We have eaten at so many ok places over the last few days, that this was both a surprise and warmly welcome.

i came here with my family and the lady waiting on us was extremely disrespectful and just rude. she could have atleast tried to be nice but did not. other than our waitress the food was fantastic

We stopped for a quick lunch and both of us had the soap of the day. It was a beef and barley soup that could be a full meal by itself. It had meatball sized chunks of tender beef and lots of vegetables in it with a delicious broth. You could tell it was homemade by the way everything was cut or diced up in it. The menu has a nice mix of choices and the prices were very reasonable definitely not on the expensive side. It’s a very comfortable place with high ceilings and a great bar/lounge atmosphere that you can enjoy a meal or watching a hockey game. We come to Grande Cache 3-4 times a year and will be making this one of our first stops there for food.?
