Ceasar salad - stellar; well-dressed, shredded parm, real bacon bits. Aptly sized croutons. Spaghetti was great - bolognese was meaty, plenty of sauce. Savoury. Rich.seasoning balanced out the bit of sweetness and acidity. The ribs were soft and tender. Plenty of meat on the bone as well. The sauce was bold and smoky, bit of a tang. The garlic bread was soft in the center and thick enough to soak up any sauce left on the plate.

Came to Grande Cache for a few days and found this little gem. The server was thee nicest ever. I Had the meat lovers pizza and poutine. Ya I’m fat ok leave me alone. Anyways it was the bomb! 10/10 recommend!
Update. Went back end of September first week of October and I was so happy to see my favourite Bartender/ owner. She’s sooo sweet! I love her. Met her brother as well. They are thee coolest people around. Make me feel so welcome and like family. And of course...

This was my first time visiting Grande Cache, and my husband (who used to live here) insisted that we eat at Vegas Bar & Grill...and I'm so glad he did!

Walking in to this family-owned and operated business, we were welcomed so warmly. The drinks arrived quickly, and while waiting for our food, we had the opportunity to chat with the owner's daughter, who is so incredibly lovely!
