I understand is snowing outside but place looks like haven’t been cleaned in a few days, floors muddy tables and chairs dirty with food leftovers, service deplorable, we were rushed, sandwich left on the counter for 5 after being toasted so to attend another customer, mind you we were 3 customers in the whole shop with two staff attending, when asked for a chargeable topping my husband was warned that costs extra and asked if for sure he wanted, as if we were not there to pay. As soon as we got the sandwiches staff vanished in the back and didn’t see them again even while leaving All in all is a shame to represent the brand.

Worst experience I’ve had at a subway in my life. Service was horrible. The employees could care less at the quality of the sandwich they were preparing; just throwing the toppings together. They didn’t grill my wrap after adding the toppings. They put a chunk of guacamole in the Center of my wrap so I just got 1 bite of all guacamole. Then my wife found a piece of plastic in her sandwich. Absolutely horrendous service which is surprising as I usually have great experiences at this location.

Hello I just want to give a review of the worker snehit that served me at the subway here at grasslands and the incredible service , as well as accommodating he did while I visited , the food was spectacular, the service impeccable , and the kindness unwavering. I will definitely be bringing myself back there when in town . Absolute A++ service and attention to detail . Thanks again Snehit!!! One great worker sir
