Walked in 10 minutes to closing and they already where cleaning the toaster oven and couldn't heat up anything.. closing time is 9 pm so everything should be available until 9pm then cleaning those should be after 9 pm.

We stop at the Subway in Grasslands, AB every time we travel to and from Fort McMurray. 9/10 we have incredible service. There is one server in particular who I really enjoy but I don’t know his name. He is always smiling, very positive and polite, and super efficient service. He makes my day. Also, the place is clean and tidy, easy to access, and quick service. Food is always consistent. My fav Subway store. ?Vegetarian options: It’s Subway, you choose your own.
This location is better than Redwater. Vegetables are always fresh. Chicken breast quality is slight below par now and tastes more like plastic but I think that’s most subway across the country. But other meat options are perfect. Good place to have a quick bite and get back on the road.

Pre-ordered as I was passing through town on the bus. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms and my sandwich was made, wrapped and waiting for me to grab as soon as I got off the bus. The gentleman behind the bread prep area even reminded me to grab my drink from the cooler (I would have totally forgot about it). I always stop here on my trips and the food is always great. This morning Ordered a meal, footlong chicken sub coffee and cookies. Store looked clean and no one was dining in at that time. First of all no cream, powdered creamer or milk for coffee as the cashier said we mostly sell black coffee so don’t have it. Asked for some milk from little bottle for sale in fridge. He said no I can’t let you use it, that’s ok. Got back in my vehicle and unwrap my sub and literally it looked like it exploded in the package. Veggies were all over me so end up eating bread and chicken. Chicken wasn’t even fully cooked n toasted proper. One cookie was ok second was hard as rock around edges and no it wasn’t not crunchy lol. Tried calling store but no answer left them a voice mail still waiting for call back. All n all bad experience.

Relatively quick service and food was as expected. Made lots of effort to accommodate my grumpy child.
Although this establishment lacks atmosphere for eating in, the food was fresh & and delicious, and the service was efficient. Great sandwiches! Cheers.
