Order a teen burger last night It was disgusting the burger was not even browned kinda grey and had a smell of hamburger when you just start frying it It tasted even more disgusting I had 2 bites and feed it to the Ravens This isn't the first time this has happen but will be my last time ordering from a&w

They shorted me one pie and one mozza burger but i got an extra onion ring so it's ok i guess? (Not really i am kinda pissed actually)
It was $75 for food for 3 people so it's not like it was cheap
I found the reciept and went back. I got my missing items really fast and with no hassle so i am increasing my review

The has been multiple instances I have driven away from the drive through and had to return due to missing items, or options on food. Today we ordered 4 burgers and was only given 3, and was already too far out of town and under a time restraints to where returning was not an option. Fact is when ordering here, you have to always check to see if you have everything you ordered because this has happened multiple times at the same location and frankly it’s unacceptable.

By far one of the worst a&w, the yelling in the kitchen and banging on the counter top are way in excess of anything one should uncounted in a restaurant. They were asked simple questions by customers and chose to ignore them. Will not be returning. I recommend the restaurant just up the road from there

The place is filthy and with bugs and flys. should be reported to heath department. you will get sick if u eat in filth.

Just stood at the till for over 5 minutes with my mom waiting to place the order no one else in line and still didnt get service walked out, need better service for sure wont go back

Morning prep was obviously not done correctly because there was no syrup in the machines for the juices. Took nearly 25 mins for them to get our order right and give it to us. Only 3 other customers in the restaurant that had already been served. Must be all new staff because there was no comprehension of how to cook to match a fast food time expectations and the staff not only barely spoke English but did not know how to use the register to put in an order. Will be going to Smitys instead considering how long that took.
