Horrible service. More staff on after the breakfast rush then during. Waiting 10 minutes at the till with nobody in front of me. Another 10 minutes to get my food. I don't blame the staff, I blame the owner. I feel bad for the staff, they're doing their best having to bare the brunt of everything negative.

Clean and friendlyā¦ but as a commercial driver I canāt just turn around and go back when items are missing from my orderā¦ I even waited extra cause of what I ordered, just to find the item I waited for was the item that I didnāt getā¦ and trying to call them, there was no answer and the wasnāt able to leave a messageā¦

Order a teen burger last night It was disgusting the burger was not even browned kinda grey and had a smell of hamburger when you just start frying it It tasted even more disgusting I had 2 bites and feed it to the Ravens This isn't the first time this has happen but will be my last time ordering from a&w

They shorted me one pie and one mozza burger but i got an extra onion ring so it's ok i guess? (Not really i am kinda pissed actually)
It was $75 for food for 3 people so it's not like it was cheap
I found the reciept and went back. I got my missing items really fast and with no hassle so i am increasing my review

Today we ordered 4 burgers and was only given 3, and was already too far out of town and under a time restraints to where returning was not an option. Fact is when ordering here, you have to always check to see if you have everything you ordered because this has happened multiple times at the same location and frankly itās unacceptable.

By far one of the worst a&w, the yelling in the kitchen and banging on the counter top are way in excess of anything one should uncounted in a restaurant. They were asked simple questions by customers and chose to ignore them. Will not be returning. I recommend the restaurant just up the road from there
