We always stop off in Norms, the food is really nice, service is great and the atmosphere is very pleasant, if ever you are travelling near Grimshaw I recommend this place.
Parking: So Norms is in Grimshaw on the northern side right on the highway. There is parking on both sides of Norms with entrances on both sides. Plenty of seating inside with tv screens. There is a band stand with plenty of seating for the nights that they have music on. A great place to stop on your journeys, or like us it is really convenient as we live locally.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair friendly.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Went there for supper with family and ended up having to wait 10 minutes to order anything and when I finally was able to order my food the server couldn't even answer a question about one of the orders and chose not to ask the kitchen even though they were a few feet away. After all that we ended up waiting 40 minutes to get the food and watched the plates be moved around in the windows instead of being brought to the table, when it got to the table it was cold and the server never came back to the table so we weren't able to get a refill of pop which was a shame as that was the best part of the meal. One of the orders of wings was not even edible so we didn't eat it but once again we didnt have the chance to say anything and had to pay for food we didn't even get to eat. Most definitely will not be going back and would not recommend.

We were staying in Grimshaw for our grandson’s hockey in Fairview and Norm’s was recommended by the Hotel. We were not disappointed with the food or atmosphere. Our whole family raved about the food and our server/bartender Len was an awesome host. I would recommend them and would go there again in any other trip to or through Grimshaw. Good selection of dishes on the menu. The cheesecake was recommended by one of the patrons there and it did not disappoint.

Our server was friendly and cheerful, our order was completed in 15 minutes. We ordered two pizzas and an order of salt & pepper wings. The Hawaiian pizza was good; the pepperoni & bacon pizza was overdone and kind of tasteless. The wings were very disappointing--heavy on the breading, didn't taste any salt or pepper.
The greatest hot hamburgers in Peace county. Plus fresh cold Coke.

I am Italian, used to other types of pizza, I must say that the dough was good, I would add a little more sauce, perhaps with a little oregano, some capers and less mozzarella, but everyone has their own customs and they must be respected .In any case everything was okEnglish: I am from Italy the pizza was great! The dough was very good in Italy we usually put oregano and capers with cheese but this was wonderful also! Great experience!

My husband had his Christmas party tonight and every thing was unbelievable! The prime rib was off the charts. We will be back!
After 7 years of boycott, I finally broke down and agreed to meet a close friend at Norm's. I decided not to chance ordering anything that could be screwed up as I did not want to be sending food back while trying to catch up within our limited time .I ordered a small order of French Toast (2 slices).The server was such a charming lady and was the best you could ask for. She was attentive and even apologized for the food taking so long. After nearly 40 minutes our oder finally came to the table. Yay.Oh wait.The French toast is uncooked and is soggy with raw egg texture. Loaded up with cinnamon to cover the fact that one side didn't even touch the grill.I have to send it back. I cannot afford to pay top dollar for shlock.The waitress offered to have the cook remake it but I thought better of it and just asked for toast instead. Opened my preferred marmalade only to find fruit leather. Strawberry jam was fresh so i went with my second choice. Had to rush to eat it in my 1 hr window.Service was 5 ⭐. Food: Reason Norm's is back on the boycott list.
