Ordered all Canadian breakfast i was asked to park, and they would bring it out.. Paid for cheese in my scrambled eggs got none. Also supposed to come with bacon; no bacon. Took 15 min to get my food which was cold and unedibile. This is the worst food I have ever had at A&W ever. I have ate at A&W least 45 yrs. I will never eat at this one again. Sad how quality of our food is not taken into account now days instead just pure profit is all that matters. In addition Employees who have no interest in customer service at all and, a cook who will send out cold garbage to feed the public is disgusting. This is not the only time I have had issues with this place. I have been in the area a year. I have seen the Employees handling money and also preparing food. Seems management may need to WAKE UP!!

Every now and then the build quality on the burgers ends up rough, and the sauces packs are thrown haphazardly into the bags squishing into the food. Mildly Dissapointed

We were passing through on our way home from Calgary to Saskatoon. Very hungry. Approximately 6:20 (6:10 -6.30 maybe) on Tuesday Aug 22. The staff would know and the register would show.Ordered an Uncle Burger, the new Spicy Dill burger and onion rings.Got back on the highway and after eating the onion rings together, we went in the bag for our 2 burgers only to discover the uncle burger ONLY.VERY UPSET!!! No time to turn around.We would like a coupon refund!!!!Contact your staff and review the receipt of payment.

Ever since they replaced the entire A&W staff months ago this place has been absolutely ABYSMAL! I’ve been here maybe 12 times since and they’ve gotten my order right 3 times. As soon as you pull up to the drive thru they tell you to wait, sometimes for 5+ minutes, whether it’s busy or not. When ordering they will not actually listen to your order and will repeatedly cut you off as you’re trying to order so good luck getting a correct order. Do you want straws, utensils, etc? Better ask for them to be put in the bag every time. This job isn’t hard, there are no excuses, these workers suck, this is the worst A&W I’ve ever been to, and I’m not exaggerating, I never write reviews but this place sucks so bad I had to finally say something.

The food was okay. Onion rings tasted different but edible. Teen burger was not a big yahoo for my taste buds as it usually is.
We were in the drive thru waiting to order for 5 minutes, waited at the window for 20 minutes. We ordered a burger with nothing on it. Two milkshakes. A burger with no sauce. Chicken strips. And 3 fries. In the first bag we got a plain burger two fries and chicken strips. We asked about the other burger and fries and had to wait another 7 minutes when we were running late for class. In the second bag we got a plain burger when we had asked for a burger with no sauce, and chicken strips. Bich where are my fries. My love for a&w has gone down the drain.

AW is great! Our favourite place to go for a quick burger. My kids think they have the best gravy there. Oh and of course the onion rings and root beer are second to none.
