Bad all around. Bad management, bad customer service, bad food and bad slot machines. This is a tourist trap. Locals will not go near this place. We will definitely not be back!

Myself and two friends just ate here. They had chicken wraps while i had the steak quesadilla. They where able to eat there's. My food on the other hand was hands down the disgusting. The meat was chewy fat the vegetables where burnt and the wedges on the side where over cooked and more grease than potatoes. I left my food and the waitress didnt bat an eye or ask me about my meal. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

This was a very pleasant surprise on the route often taken from Saskatoon to southern Alberta points, and they made sure I could see the hockey game I was hoping to watch!

We are thinking about moving to Hanna so we decided to try out the local food. Stopped in at Nick's. My wife,daughter and myself were very impressed. We thought the food was excellent. We ordered chicken fingers and fries. Daughter loved them. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and was presently surprised and happy as it was real chicken. The mashed potatoes were real potatoes and not powdered. Amazing. Wife have baked spaghetti excellently done. The pizza reminded me way back in the day how my Nonna used to make it. Thank you for those memories. Perfect amount of crunch, cheese and sauce. Even the leftovers 2 days later were amazing. I've owned a restaurant so those of you that were not happy with the service, like the restaurant mentioned. If you show up with many people without reservation, you can not expect fast efficient service. The cook has multiple dishes to cook and prepare and make sure they are done at the same time so everyone can eat a hot meal together. The waitress has to take multiple orders and deliver them in a timely fashion. Don't forget that you are not the only customers there and the same waitress has to also serve the other clients. Also keeping in mind that if you were running a store or you were a waiter or waitress that if 30 people walk through a door and want to eat, the anxiety will kick in and stress will rise. You can not prepared enough unless warned before. I was not there so I didn't see the transaction. Also keeping in mind that waitresses make less then minimum wage because they receive tips and now have to declare those tips and get taxed on. Ever once stop to ask how a waitress is doing today and if they had a rough day? I have no complaints and have been raving about this restaurant to everyone I know. Will definitely be back. Keep up the amazing work. 5 stars all around.

If your waitress can’t handle their job fire THEM! No need to be rude to the elderly especially if those elders are hard of hearing it’s called patience not yell in their face cause YOU can’t keep up, it ain’t their either fault if their waitress can’t handle a group of people come on shame on you and your family. Do better.

There was a waitress who felt the need to yell at an elderly man this evening. And it was the worst thing there was no professionalism at all or accountability for her behaviour. Will not be going to this location and will be reporting this. The reply to this review is not taking accountability for a waitress yelling at the elderly customers which the whole restaurant witnessed. Lieing and putting blame on the reaction of his emloyee on everyone else. She did yell it’s on video.

Disrespectful to elderly customers, and the tugeye owner who replied seems to be just the same. I sure hope the waitress that was at fault is fired, is that the way you treat elderly people there? This does not sit good with our community and I'm sure there will be more reviews to come from our nation and members.

Our Elders stopped here to enjoy a meal after being on road for 7hrs the service from the Lady was very disturbing raising her voice I’m not sure if this is how you treat your elderly there but ours got treated terrible by the lady server! So definelty not a very welcoming place for Visitors!

Had a hockey tournament out that way this weekend.
Ended up in Hana for lunch.
Spent some time here after our lunch and it was nice.
There were a lot of us and everything went smoothly.
Drinks were good food was good, service was good. They were very nice!!
