So impressed with the service here - Gloryvi went above and beyond! We mistakenly left a personal item behind on an inter-provincial road trip and when we called, not only did she take the time to locate it, she then mail it back to us on her day off! 11/10!

Walked into this Subway, order a footlong - nothing fancy, just trying to fuel up for the day. Here’s where it gets interesting. The employee cuts my sandwich, then does this thing where she puts the cheese on the side facing away from me. Now, I’m not trying to be difficult, but I’ve been to Subway before, and usually you can see what’s going on with your sandwich. When I politely asked if that was the standard amount of cheese, she got pretty defensive and insisted it was “two scoops.” Look, I wasn’t born yesterday. That was definitely not two scoops, and the whole reason she put it on the hidden side was pretty obvious. When I mentioned this didn’t look right, her attitude shifted to somewhere between annoyed and “how dare you question my cheese distribution skills.” I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just let it go. But honestly, customer service shouldn’t feel like you’re negotiating a hostage situation. Their AC was also not working, It was sweltering in there, which I get - equipment breaks down. But combined with everything else, it made for a pretty uncomfortable experience. And yeah, the restrooms were a mess too, which just felt like the cherry on top of an already disappointing visit. I’m not asking for miracles here, just basic service and maybe enough cheese to actually taste it. Apparently, that’s too much to ask at this location. Won’t be back ever at this location!

On my way to Calgary I took a break for lunch. Took a subway but the customer service was really disappointing. The lady was so exhausted she wasn't in the mood to take orders.while ordering I feel like I am bothering her. She was annoyed when I ask for some more onions as if I m getting it for free. Really pathetic service. Need to bring professionalism in their service. Parking and washrooms facility is available.

Customer service was fine but when I got the rice bowl there was barely anything in it. It seemed like there wasn’t much rice left and she didn’t want to warm more up so she just put in what was left. It was less than a quarter full of food

I ordered a mobile order. They completely messed up both sandwiches. I called them to explain and they tried to argue with me and not listen. I ended up having to drive back to the store to prove their mess up. They realized they where wrong and ended up making the right sandwiches for us. However they where not busy. No one in the store ordering and 2 mobile orders and they still messed it up.

We stopped there on our way back home from Dinosaur Provincial Park and the food was fresh. No waiting time. The service was awesome and the team was friendly. Will be back, if traveling. Definitely recommend!

Order online quite often for convenience before work. However the staff prioritize people in front of them before online orders which defeats the purpose. They also run out of ingredients often as well.

We visited subway Hanna during lunch . The lady was so rude no customer service. She is not putting any kind of vegetables on sub we order veg. Sub she is not putting proper sauce as per subway rules. She behave like she is the boss of area . Very disappointed.
