Stale donut, stale muffin, terrible customer service, and several customers waiting to use the ONE available washroom. There were 8 people in the washroom line that took 25 minutes to get through to use the facilities, which was ridiculous, and the stale treats just added insult to injury. I won't bother to stop there on our next trip, I'd give less than one star if I could!

Timmie's is one of the standard things for us Canadians for coffee and doughnuts. But more: a light lunch of chile or soup or flatbread pizza or bagels. And the doughnuts and muffins -- like many, I have my favourites - sour cream or old fashioned. Unfortunately the walnut crunch is gone, but there's something new with a light pastry whirl of parmesan and caramelized onions. I'm looking forward to trying its red pepper twin.
Consistent service, reasonable prices and friendly smiles. This small town location continues the Tim Hortons reputation.

By far the worst Tim Hortons I have been to and I have been to a lot Tim’s. Waited for 20 minutes. A line of about 15 people formed on August 30th and the staff were just dealing with the drive thru. Ordered the chilli when I finally got to order. The chilli was cold when I sat down and took a spoonful. Took it back to the counter and staff were fixated on the drive through again. I had to call them loudly to inform them their chilli is stone cold. Asked to return it and order a ham and cheddar sandwich instead. No apology or care in the world, they jabbered back in forth in some other language and informed me I have to pay another $1.79 for the sandwich. Not trying to be petty but I think Tim Hortons was being petty by making me pay considering no apology from staff for serving me chilli that was stone cold. The staff were extremely rude talking intentionally not in English so I couldn’t understand what they were saying. I will never return to this Tims. I’ll stop at the gas station instead when I’m in Hanna.

I read reviews that many customers had bad service or experiences from this branch.
I just had to pass by to run an errand that way.
So I decided to stop by there. This Tim Hortons branch is on the main road and easy to see. The place is open and airy, so I went in to order coffee with Timbit.
I waited a long time. There was only 1 customer before me. There was 1 male employee, 3 female employees, and inside, I could understand why many customers complained about the long wait?
Maybe it's because the employees don't really care.
My favorite Tim Hortons store in Canada.
Every place I go I always stop and buy coffee or donuts.
But just like that Each branch has different employees. However, ask executives or managers to provide better training for employees on topics that customers complain about or criticize.
I continue to support Him Hortons.

Will never go back to this Tim Hortons in Hanna AB they meesed up my order for two Roast beef sandwiches, we ask if there was pepper on the sandwich, they said no, I told them I am highly allergic to black pepper, and they put black pepper on my sandwich, what are they trying to do kill off whit people?

After waiting in line for 5 minutes with no other customers in the store, an employee began to take my order. After ordering my first item, he walked away and began loading donuts into the display.

No wonder the store was empty, when employees do whatever they want instead of taking a customer's order.

I had a horrible costumer service experience at this timhortons. This location is by far the worst one I have ever visited. I placed my order through drive through and first of all my order was incorrect, I order the harbonaro chicken bowl, and got a loaded chicken wrap with chipotle, my cheese pizza I ordered for my kids did not have the two ranch dips I paid a dollar each for. The worst part of this experience was the employee serving me, a larger person with neck tattoo was disrespectful to me on the speaker, who ruined what could’ve been a three star review. They used a short and sassy tone with em during my order, and he was not at all what I expect when I go into a friendly establishment such as tims. I have seen other reviews saying this location can be racist and I do have to agree, I heard less English than I did something I didn’t understand, which everyone in the store spoke… the man practically threw my food at me and I could hear everyone laughing before he slammed door to the window.

I have been to this location a dozen times now. Their drive-thru is difficult to communicate through the speaker, no matter how loudly you speak. The drive-thru at all Tim's in Canada have really slowed down with the entry of new food menu items, rice bowls and pizza especially, but even when only drinks are ordered it's a 10 minute wait on a good day, but can be 15 or longer on a bad day. Also, when mixing cold coffee drinks, like ice caps, they are not cleaning the blender arm after each drink, such that if you order a regular ice cap, no flavouring or specialty ice caps, you can end up with the flavour of those specialty ice caps, especially salted caramel, which just turns my stomach. Some places make sure to wipe down or rinse the blender arm after each drink, but this one sure doesn't. To me that is poor training. Overall, you get some employees who seem to have an attitude, but the majority are very nice, and go out of their way to satisfy you. Not a bad experience, but not a great one either.

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicap parking spots in front of the store, but they are narrow and hard to get out of being right near the drive-thru exit. They do have handicap accessible doors, but the dip in the sidewalk to get on the sidewalk with a walker or wheelchair is awkwardly placed, and other people park in front of it, so it makes it hard to get into the store. It's a design flaw/oversight on the park of the designers not the local franchisees.b
