Don't expect any support from management if customers are parked in all the EV chargers and not charging. I stop regularly in order to charger my EV and always stop in for a washroom break and to grab a coffee for the road. Often times customers are parked in the Tesla stalls not charging. Management does not help at all at enforcing non EVs to vacate or not park in EV spots.

Poor Paulo, he seems to struggle with communication skills and fail to complete orders in any timely fashion. He could not get any help to finish off an order of three drinks. He got the oreo ice cap made and just went about taking more orders and completing their orders while we stood there for about 18 minutes waiting on a large coffee and an xl french vanilla. He also had a lack of team support too, aside from the kind lady who came to check orders as a line has been forming of people waiting for their stuff too. Was able to get my coffees and be on my way within a couple minutes after that.

On the way to Calgary I took stop at Tim Hortons but surprisingly it was my worst ever experience with this place. The staff is so rude, so unprofessional and Mannerless. They don't know anything about customer service and pathetic attitude towards their customer.really disappointed with them

Can't alter at all from the menu. Ordered a strawberry watermelon quencher and was told they can't do half lemonade half sparkling water, cause they can't measure it, when its all judged by eye... don't recommend unless its coffee

I want to say all Timmies are the same, but it's not really true. Some are cleaner than others, some seem to always have a poor selection of donuts and some seem like they are constantly in a recovery state after being slammed. This one was none of those, it was clean, donuts were plentiful and delicious, and staff was attentive and helpful.

I guess small town Alberta lives up to its bad reputation here. Tesla chargers in the lot BUT trucks parked in almost all of them despite having tons of non-tesla stalls. Food & Service typical of other locations.
