Rude and slow service. Racist. Dirty bathrooms. Order has been wrong every time we’ve stopped here. Definitely not up to the standards for any restaurant or Tim Horton’s location. We’ve already given them too many chances to improve. Won’t be back to this dive.

Worst customer service on drive through by employee on January 16th at 7 am, I have never experienced such a bad customer service ever, I usually pay through Tim app employee scans app but payment didn’t go through I told him to check again oh his side but no reply I was able to pay using same app at other stores always, he shuts down window after I paid from credit card and didn’t even bother to listen to me at all so I waited and asked other employee came to window and she said we are sorry.

I ordered a bagel, and went back to my truck and drove off. After a while when I opened to eat it I found it completely burnt.
THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING.... BATHROOMS NOT VERY CLEANED. PISS ALL OVER THE TOILETS. THE FAMILY WASHROOM HAS WATER DRIPPING OUT OF TAP TO WASH HANDS...
