Had 2 combinations, ginger beef was good and the wifes chow mein was pretty good but the sweet and sour pork was just some pork bites like you would get from Costco with some sweet and sour sauce drizzled on top. For the price the quantities were pretty skimpy. Won't go here again.
Food was ok, chicken balls were doughy inside... server had asked what we wanted to do... we wanted off our check... after that, the server just ignored us for the rest of our meal.. obviously she got no tip!!!! Next day we went to have chinese food at Nick's Resturant and hade the best chinese food it was awsume.Don't waste your time at the York Resturant.

Fairly decent smaller portions price is higher. Service is good hours are sketchy but it’s a small town.

Had the combo lunch with Ginger Beef, Sweet & Sour Pork & Chicken Fried Rice & Wonton Soup..Ginger Beef was good, not spicy at all. Sweet & Sour Pork was ok & wonton soup was amazing..

Pretty good. Better than the other Chinese restaurants in town. If this is what you are craving and you’re in Hanna, this is my go to spot.

Very small portions, price is a bit high. Will try somewhere else next time we were just tired of fast food along the highway. Wouldnt recommend based on the 2 piece with rice combination dinners 3 of us had for over $60(we all also had 1 can of pop each)

Excellent food, the perfect thing after a long day of work in the field. It's not too heavy and has good portion size

We went in hoping for the famous small town Alberta Chinese Food and were not disappointed! Great food and friendly staff at a great price. Looking forward to many more visits.
Consistent service and food. Real chicken balls (not processed meat) Our family has been York customers for years. One of our favourites.

It's been a good number of years since I've eaten the York's Chinese food, but it's as good as I remembered it. I've always loved their Cantonese Chow Mein and Deep Fried Wontons. Shrimp with Black Bean Sauce is always tasty and so are their Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls. All around, a great famous small-town Chinese Restaurant. Definitely give them a try if you're ever craving Chinese food. Some menu items here still beat some compared to restaurants in the bigger cities.

We have been here 3 times. Twice the food was poor and once it was good. Depends who is cooking I guess. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Food was really yummy. The server could have been a little more attentive. Over all quite good.
