Had a business lunch here while in town for meetings. Great location in downtown close of office buildings. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Crispy chicken sandwich was delicious!
From Ontario and had never been to Edmonton before. We saw Joey's on line (downtown). Thought we would give it a chance. Well...... upon arrival we were greeted wonderfully. Then out of nowhere the manager (Alex Ledda) sent us over a complimentary appetizer. The service was amazing as was the dinner. She chatted with us and was so pleasant. Then to top things off Alex sent us over a complimentary dessert. What restaurant (manager) does this?? Overall a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE...
Tried the chicken wings which are always on special apparently . The bourbon glaze was great. It didn’t come with any dipping sauce so this must be an additional side. They seemed smaller than some of the wings I have had elsewhere , but for the price I can’t complain. The Tatertot chicken entree was also tasty and a great meal reminding me of home. One staffer to service the whole place was a bit rough, she was doing a great job but should be a few more staff.
