Terrible service by far! Staying at the Super 8, had dinner there Thursday night and lunch there today. Preordered our meals as were told and had a reservation for our hockey team. Not ONE server greeted us, took drink orders, check on us, or delivered food to our table. Our parents did it all. There was literally 3 servers on and 2 kitchen staff…. What a joke. You host hockey playoffs knowing full well you will have group bookings and are severally understaffed. Never ever will we eat here again!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Stanard BP menu, quick service, friendly staff. Worth stopping in for a decent meal when you're on the road or have a large crew to feed.
I visited the store on September 29 and placed a pickup order, paying with my credit card. I received a paid receipt and left the store. However, when I returned to pick up my food, I was asked to pay again because the payment didn't go through due to issues with the POS system. Without checking my online banking app, I paid again.
Later, when I checked my bank account, I discovered that I had been charged twice. Since then, I have been following up with the store, but they have been unable to issue a refund. Each time I contact them, I am told that a manager will call me back, but I have never received a call. This is terrible customer service, and since I’m from Edmonton, I can’t go back to the Highlevel location to resolve this in person.

Went in last night Saturday Sept 20th, 2024. Had a meal in the lounge, and ordered another meal (carnivore pasta) to-go for lunch today at my work site. Opened it up at lunch to find my server had rang in a jambalaya fettuccine. Great, I'm allergic to shrimp.
Took it in completely untouched after work looking for a refund, only to find a very unsympathetic manager tell me they don't offer refunds. I get it, policy. But hey they can offer me store credit for the amount but only redeemable at this particular location. It's High Level, everyone here is here for work and I'm leaving back home tomorrow.
The rest of the interaction went as follows:
"Can I get a gift card that's good for all Boston Pizza locations?"
"No..only this location"
"That doesn't work for me. I'm leaving tomorrow."
"I can order you something to eat right now."
"I'm not hungry right now (it's 3:00pm) and I have dinner plans"
"Sorry that's our policy."
I eventually got her to go talk to "her supervisor" and she came back a few minutes later with a $25 gift card supposedly good for all locations.
Unbelievable. I get mistakes happen, and I don't blame the server all that much. But I ordered one thing, and was given something else THAT COULD HARM ME.
Un-🤬-believable. A situation like this should result in a FULL REFUND no questions asked. With crappy service like this becoming the norm, it's no wonder why people go to the media with stories like this.
Next time I'm in High Level for work, I will absolutely not be going back.

BBQ RIBS
I was hungry and i don't want to wait any longer that's why i ate it but it was not grilled properly. It was literally boiled and they brushed BBQ sauce. Rice was gross as well. Service was great.

I go there at least once a month. Everytime I go to High Level. Went there today with my wife. The servers totally ignored us and helped people that arrived after we did. I did made them aware of this and they still did not try to rectify. Very disappointing and we left without having a meal and needed to go some where else go lunch. And the were not overly busy either.
