Went in at 9:15pm. Was greeted to find out that the restaurant was closing at 10pm instead of 11pm. She stated “head office just called” no explanation. Very disappointed that they won’t even serve my family and I even in the 45min they were still open

We visited Boston Pizza High Level on December 17th for our team outing and were seated in the bar area. We were exceptionally well taken care of by Cindy. She was super friendly and ensured we all had a great time throughout the evening. Her energy and customer service were truly next level.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food, and most importantly, Cindy made us feel right at home. The next time we visit, we would definitely love to have her as our host again—she was simply the best.

Usually Boston pizza is a very good pick, but today it was absolutely terrible. First of all, it took forever til we got our food then it was the wrong food then it took another eternity til we got the right pizza but in the wrong size and we didn’t even get a discount and we didn’t even get enough cutlery 😡0/100

I've had to work up in high level for the last few months and I come here for lunch because it's a decent price for lunch. when I get Patrick as my server it's always exceptional, he's kind and courteous. He's the reason why I gave five stars for service.

Usually I really love BP High Level and have a great time — great food! Haha but this time I think I heard more from our waiter than my husband 😅 The waiter was super friendly, just a little too chatty and personal for date night — even sat down and shared stories about their exes. Got our order wrong too… but made up for it with a positive attitude and fixed the order. Hoping for a bit more one-on-one time next visit without a third wheel!
