As a trucker I'm disappointed with KFC and high level because if you're a trucker they don't want you there you can't park in the parking lot you can't park on the street nearby. KFC is not worth walking three blocks for when I'm on a time schedule. Find another place to eat

Place is decently clean, at least at 11 am.

Very poor service. Ordered the mike's Honey tenders, but got the normal tenders and charged extra. Disappointed. The meat was salty and not fully cooked.

Food is terrible! Never crispy, full of grease, and the worst staff ever. Apparently, if you drive 60 minutes, the chicken there is great. Must have a BIG deal to do with staff!! Nobody local seems like.

Awful experience all around - drive thru should be quick but I’m often told to park in the back and they’ll bring it out to me (20 mins later). Delivery should also be pretty quick but nope, always arrives late and food is cold. Going into the establishment you are hit in the face with the smell of unclean fryers and old oil. Disgusting.

Worst place in the world. Their website was down and when I went in to talk then to place my order. They didn't know about it and their store price was 30 dollars more then the website. The manager will not price match off of their own system and wouldn't do anything to accommodate me or make me happy said. Pay for the price or or leave. Absolutely didn't care about correcting the issue .

It was ok. The food looked a little old as if they had just reheated it. As it was not very busy and around closing time. The staff were friendly and very clean and tidy place despite everything else.

Why even have kfc.ca if you can order but the order doesn't go through to the local KFC. Ordered for pickup, had to wait 20 mins once I got there.

We moved out of the area a number of years ago, 3 years ago we moved back again. In the meantime, ownerships changed and my wife and I decided to try high level kfc drive-thru, the employees had a difficult time speaking and understanding English, our order was wrong of course. We've eaten in, tried drive-thru a few times afterwards, not once have they served us what we've ordered, probably won't go back again, nor support the business in any way again, probably.
