I picked up 18 piece bucket when I got home I noticed the bucket was half empty. There were 6 wings and 7 drums. The smallest pieces of chicken possible. Felt robbed to be honest.

If I could give them a zero star I would. After waiting over an hour for my two burgers to be delivered they sent me ICE cold food. The Manager there is extremely rude, even when just placing my order. Will not be ordering from KFC again.
I always got a mistake order i dont know if the workers in KFC knows exactly what thier doin. Its so obvious the staff doesnt know pr familiar about thier menu. And i noticed the person who took the order from was a manager of the store that is so disappointing.

Got 3 combos and asked for "gravy for the fries" and Yahoo got 3 gravy and no fries. I went back and had to pay for my freaking fries and they were cold , not fresh. No more two or three times a week for this guy. Anyone out there ever get gravy to dip chicken in and no fries?Just got more take out BIG MISTAKE there is 2 tablespoons of grease at the bottom of my 6 piece bucket... sad.

Kentucky Fried Chicken right?.... WRONG!! The chicken we received today was dripping in grease and honestly the meat looked pinkish and just discolored. Idk whats happening over there or how they cooking the chicken but I will not willingly buy KFC again.

Ordered chicken and poutine. And the chicken was too over cooked n dried, and the gravy in the poutine was so watered down. For the first ever the food at High Level KFC was very disappointing.
