I ordered as I was at work the delivery did not know the address and went somewhere else when I called they refused to deliver as THEY got the address wrong and delivered to the wrong place

I ordered and the delivery person went to the wrong address and refused to deliver the pizza to the proper address. they need to learn customer service and familiarize themselves with addresses very disappointed loyal customer that will take their business across the street to Boston pizza
Got pizza here in Feburary 2024. Got sick. Got pizza there 2 days ago (August 1st 2024) got sick again. Never eating their terrible food anymore. Done with Pizza Hut: High Level
Dietary restrictions: Straight grease and food poisoning by my standards, they use so much butter to grease the pans that's half of what you're tasting.

Unfortunately both bathrooms said out of order. Then I saw staff emerge from one of the washrooms. Not a good look.

The Pizza Hut in High Level,Alberta,
Friendly staff who provide great service. However, the experience is marred by the owner's refusal to share tips with employees and the policy against accepting online offers. I noticed this many times and asked different workers, all of whom confirmed the same. Additionally, the pizza itself was disappointing. I requested half-side cheese and half the amount of sauce, but my order was not prepared as asked. Very disappointed

Had the pleasure to deal with “Karan” at the counter, such a professional and efficient person. This Pizza Hut franchise is lucky to have Karan as their employee. Pleasure to deal with!

Ate food was alright, and then moments later, i started to feel neaseous but didn't complain. What's done is done right ? overall. I dont think i would order again.

I ordered a take out here and sat while I wait for my order. The asian guy told me it’s about 15 mins to wait and I waited there for 45 mins, and asked the cashier if my pizza was done. He didn’t even bother to communicate to the kitchen about my order, knowing that my pizza was already served. No communication on staffs and very cheap on toppings!!!!!

Dont ever tell them to well done pizza they burn all the good cheese and tells you that this is how well done pizzas are!! Worst experience ever when asked for replacement. No courtesy to even deliver 300m !! Will give less than one star even..!
