Should’ve known licensed stores like these wouldn’t be generous enough to consider making the moment right for a customer after he made a small yet reasonable mistake. After all, they don’t actually follow the company’s values. Instead, they extend the disgusting greediness of the ownership using the Starbucks front. Multiple coffee masters on staff and for good reason. The service is impeccable. The staff is well versed in their product knowledge and make their drinks perfectly. The restaurant is clean with plenty of seating. Beautiful mural on the wall as well. Received better service and drink quality than many city Starbucks stores. 11/10.
I went to the cafe and found the employees yelling at each other. That really ruin my peaceful mood and walked out.Very disappointed.
