Staff are very inconsiderate, placed an order for another person traveling but they ended up not picking. And the lady on the phone during evening shift called multiple times arguing with me/being very rude while I have a sick infant on the phone screaming. While being blocked for no reason, when I mentioned it wasn't for me either not my order and given a name things happen get over it!

Train YOUR STAFF better customer service skills instead of arguing with people.

We love this place. My mom is gf and they had no problem accommodating her. We ordered the burgers, steak, pizza and ribs. All exceptional meals at good prices. Friendly staff, good service! 2 nights in High Level and both nights we have chosen this place. Run, don't walk! You won't regret it!

This is a place to go on a valentines day or a couples nite out..The specials are pretty good and the service is like being at a 5 star.. restaurant..And if you like a quiet atmosphere 😎👌🏽

Ordered a pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Tasty sauce, perfect crust, plenty of quality toppings. Every time I drive thru High Level, I’ll be ordering pizza from them again. Sizes are smaller than “down south” but their menu is accurate about the size.

used to always order from here, until Sani started getting orders wrong and instead of issuing a partial refund for one nachos she lied and argued over it. havent ordered from here since. Not to mention she lied and said my gf swore at her. unprofessional.

I went here one night with some co-workers. It was bonkers. There were lots of drunk people stumbling around. Really sloppy. Probably won't go back. Someone almost puked on my jacket as they tried to open the emergency exit! Crazy!!!

Hi, I usually don’t leave any reviews. But this will be my first time. So tonight (March 26 2025) we had placed an order and thought nothing of it. An incident occurred that wasn’t necessary. A simple “I’m sorry, I made a mistake. Here’s your refund” would have been a whole lot better than, being told our numbers will be blocked, and we won’t be allowed to order from stardust anymore. We usually order from stardust for supper, when we don’t want to cook. But that will change. We are loyal customers. Anyways

Well, no more ordering from stardust. Since Sani wanna throw a fit, over her own mistake. Paid over 90$ for an order, we didn’t ask for. And she refused to refund us, and said she’ll block our numbers so we wouldn’t order from them. Therefore, stardust just lost two customers.

I went to in, and told Sani, we only ordered 1 layered nachos and if I could get a refund for the second one. She refused and told me, stardust don’t do refunds. We bickered for a minute. I thought it was pointless, so I asked for a manager or supervisor. She insisted we made the orders wrong and wouldn’t refund me. So I walked out. To make matters worse, she lied about me, saying I called her nasty names. Which I didn’t. She kept saying “we made that mistake and not her.” It was pointless arguing with that lady. I left but could see inside of the restaurant and when I saw a guy standing there. I asked who he was, and I was told “that guy was asking what was going on.” That’s when Sani changed her attitude and said she’ll give us a refund back.

I never experienced this kind of treatment before and I did not like it. What upset me more is when, I asked for a manager or supervisor so I could ask for a refund, on an order that sani made a mistake on. She pointed to her name tag and sarcastically said “my names Sani, report me all you want. But look the office doors are closed”

I wanted to call and report it. But I decided I’ll just leave a review instead. Do better Sani, try not to make anymore mistakes and blame the customer! That wasn’t professional. Even lying so you won’t get in trouble.

Stardust was our go to, for supper. But we are done ordering from there.

We had a group here for my daughter’s 26th birthday… the service was over the top! The Friday prime rib special is so good … the Yorkshire is big and crispy! A few had the steak Oscar which was perfectly cooked! Big portions nobody leaves hungry! And of course everyone knows Stardust Pizza is a must have!
