They need more staff. Takes quite a while for orders to be put through. I love the renovations

Terrible service!!! I have asked for a vegetarian wrap and they put chicken in that. Can’t understand difference between Veg and Non-Veg. I tried calling thrice but no one answered the call.

Now i see what others mean by rude staff. Bought a few ice capps & got one free from my rewards. Got a dirty look from the cashier. Like what did I do?? Sorry I saved up points to use at a place i come frequently. Sorry i like to spend money here & get coffee 🤨
I agree that they need new staff/hires. I love coming here but don't want the attitude from certain workers. If they don't like to associate with customers. Why be a miserable person & work here??? No one is forcing them to stay. Please get better hires, i hate the toxicity the environment has stooped to

Terrible service. Iced coffee was way too sweet, and staff argued instead of fixing it—then gave me the same drink back. Croissant was burnt. No care or respect for customers. Not coming back.

Ordered steeped tea. Told it would be 4-5 minutes. Ended up getting a orange pekoe, was similar to a warm glass of watered down milk; gross ..
Went through the drive thru, ordered steeped tea, got to the window, paid for it (paid for 2nd cup of tea) the worker handed me the tea, before I got a hold on it, she let it go. It dropped on the ground and she proceeded to shout at me. I drove away.. paid over $6 and got nothing. Last time going to this location, would sooner dri kngross gas station coffee than deal with these people again!!

Hii i just went here this morning the guy charged me 15.85 and the thing is he added 2 rice it says on the bill but he added only one and that was also 1/4 i asked for seasoning and he said it dont come with it …be careful from them…buisness dosent grow like that man by overcharging people .
High Level Tim’s and all the staff are truly the best! A big family that work together and if shows in everything they do!

Nice building, clean. Not staff fault for poor service. Been in weekdays and weekends always only one till open when lined up to the door and the drive though is full. Typical wait 15 to 20mins just to order. Have to leave for other shop for coffee. Makes me sad. Only vista on off hours. Our have lots of time to burn

Went inside to experience my first time in one and was ignored by the employees, they were not busy with only 3 other patrons inside and 4 to 5 cars in the drive through. After getting annoyed I got in my vehicle and went through the drive through. The employee at the window was visibly aggravated and kept huffing as my card would not tap to pay on his machine on a stick that he was shoving in my widow. He finaly shoves it to me inside my truck and says irritated "Just grab it eh" I don't know how business is normally conducted up here but I hope this is not a norm. In America I would black list this restaurant, never return and pass the word. The espresso I ordered was handed forth with no option for any creamer or sweetners, my sandwich was decent and the donut I ordered was pretty good but was handed to me frosting side down.. I will skip this location in the future.
