Fries overcooked, milkshakes are flavourless and watered down. Went here and it’s understaffed. Staff member was trying to manage cooking, drove thru, serving and cash at the same time. This was likely the cause of the low quality food we received. Management needs to step up in adequately managing their staffing situation. We waited at least 35-40 minutes before getting our full order. Kills the mood when you go for fries and a milkshake and get your milk shake 25 minutes after your fries.
Overrated in my opinion. Gravy is meh and sometimes a bit too salty. (To me anyway) I don't know if this still happens but to anyone who has allergies there may be a possibility of cross contamination as I have once found a mushroom in my fries which I never ordered. Bathrooms are outside.

Burger was honestly gross, fries were really good tho! One thing I absolutely hated was the gravy I’m not sure what kinda gravy they use. But it tasted like burnt oil and was by far the worst gravy I have ever had. Ketchup is the way to go at this place.

Honestly my fav place to get a donair; I always grab 2 smalls when I’m in town and they’re open. They have delicious poutines as well. I’d love if they had a buy 10 get the 11th free stamp card for donairs to take from the heavy guilt I suffer as a consequence to enjoying their food so much ?
