This location always has clean tables. I work at the hospital next to them and their service is quick. The best part is though that they actually keep an inventory of everything they sell. Why can’t more tim Horton’s understand that you can’t sell what you don’t have???

I dont know why i even go to this Tim Hortons any more the only time they ever get my order right is first thing in the morning, today i got 3 coffees, and it was just water and cream and sugar. This is not the first time this has happened, and if you go any time past noon, more likely than not, they will mess up your order

I ordered 2 donuts and a coffee. The wait was fairly long in the drive through but the food was very good. I've always loved Tim's coffee. The servers where very friendly too.

Best Tim Hortons in Canada. I wish I could namedrop every employee I interacted with, they were all fantastic. Great vibe, and the service is always SO fast. Never have to wait long. Been a staple every day off we’ve had during our stay in High Prairie. <3

Very poor service. I tried to open a complain through Tim's official app but even that didn't work. The system is just ridiculous they ask you to fill out forms to open a claim but their page goes to a technical issue every single time you try. So no one hears you.

Store says open until 11pm but they can’t make a bagel (even regular, not toasted) or anything because they close their kitchen at 9:30?? What?! One of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. What Tim’s stops their kitchen an hour and a half before close?
Tim’s in High Prairie never disappoints! Great location right off the highway. Clean, fast, and for some reason I always seem to hit this place when fresh doughnuts come out. ?
