“One Monday evening I drove into town to get pizza from our favourite place but forgot it closed on Mondays. I went to High River Donair & Pizza, for the first time. I needed four pizzas. They were all so good. (My new favourite is the donair pizza). Freshly made crust, fresh and tasty ingredients, lots of topping, cooked perfectly (I like crunchy cheese bits). The price was great. The staff were all friendly and wasted no time starting my order. We went there again last night to eat-in. What a busy place! Take-out was not just pizza. We will definitely be trying other menu items.”

“Me and my wife were just here for our very first time at a Mexican restaurant besides Mexico, the atmosphere, drinks and people were perfect and food was amazing! I would highly recommend this place. My son said it was the best tacos he’s ever had. We also had the tres leches cake for dessert and it was phenomenal! You can certainly tell the owners are very passionate about their cooking and hospitality. We will absolutely be back multiple times!”

“I absolutely love Steakhouse by My Pizza and am thrilled to have a restaurant of such high caliber in High River. The ambiance is lovely, the staff is friendly, service is efficient without being rushed and the food never disappoints. “This little coffee shop is a gem in HR! I am here almost daily throughout the week and truly enjoy the cozy atmosphere, kind staff and yummy lattes (a bug flavour list). I also love that they do monthly drink features! My toddler enjoys it here as well, they have some games and books :)”

“the most delicious well seasoned meat enrobed in perfectly flaky pastry. this applies to everything on the menu. I have yet to try a sweet hand pie but if they're anything like the savory ones I suggest them too. Got sausage rolls amd the steak and mushroom pies at the Strathmore mothers day market. Salesman was kind and charming and was so sweet to let me etransfer when his debit wasn't working. local food worth supporting 10 stars”

Ordered DoorDash and they forgot my Pepsi and I was unfortunately very distraught but I called subway a couple times to see if there was anything they could do and someone very gracefully offered to come and deliver it personally. The biggest thanks to whoever said individual was as I am very parched individual and excitedly awaiting the arrival of my Pepsi :) cheers.”

“This location is better than the south east one. Cleaner interior, better seating space, easier parking (though road access is worse). Food was well made, actually quite good, which is why this is the one I prefer to frequent in town. Staff is friendly and efficient, but there was only one there which means if brevity is your goal, expect order to take 10-15 minutes, possibly more if there's a line.”

“Went this afternoon after a very bad experience at another fast food place and the staff at this A&W were awesome..so friendly and nice,huge smiles on their faces, if you want sweet potato fries this is the place to go they were amazing and I have to say there coffee is way better than Tim Hortons it was delicious, good job guys”
