Seriously, some of the worst service I had in a while. My wife and I came in the door and saw 2 other tables. We waited 4 or 5 minutes for the hostess to come out and seat us. Then we were ignored for a good 15 minutes. The hostess and waiter were busy chatting and looking at their phones. When we got up to leave, the waiter came over, we told him he was obviously busy, so we were leaving. He laughed and said ok. He honestly did not care or show any concern for ignoring us or for the poor service. We were in the store on April 4th around 5pm.

Had 3 people at the table order a small pizza. 20 minutes later waitress came out and said “I put the order in wrong is a medium ok or should I get them to remake them”. No mention of price adjustment as the price difference was nearly $10 each. Extremely disappointed that when paying the bill she did not adjust for her mistake. What a great money making scheme Boston pizza high river has! Will never return

We had Aidan as our server, and he told us he was new. He was amazing! Our food and appys were coming out within a good time frame, he was friendly and kind. we travel a lot and I’d just like to say, this was one of our best experiences at a Boston pizza outside of the city. Will definitely be here again. Prices of definitely gone up. But inflation? Right?
