My family made a big order and we received everything literally burned. And on top of it, I had the rudest and coldest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Had to fight to get a refund even though all of the pizza was returned to the store untouched because it was all burned. First, we were told we should have ordered it ‘lightly’ cooked, then he blamed the oven. After insisting on a refund, he warned we’d be blocked…..and finally we got a refund. So, If you like BURNED food and horrible/rude people who know nothing about customer service, Domino’s in High River is the place to go. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Gilmar is an absolute gem to have deliver our pizza!! He’s done an outstanding job and he is sooo kind and gentle. I have a special needs son and he is patient and kind and allows him to help with the whole process. Thank you Gilmar!!!
