Absolutely awful service, been here numerous times and i’ve watched them clear my ordered number EVERYTIME without fail before they’ve actually even finished cooking. If you ask me it’s simply to have a higher ranking in all mcdonald’s canada wide, it results in forgotten orders. I’ve been forgotten a total of 3 times and i’ve been here about 5-6 times. Being forgotten half of the time should not be the case, I’ve worked in fast food so believe me I know the struggle but I also know we are very capable of doing a better job. also the fries are always less salty than other locations.

Disappointed in service. Made mistake in our order, so we went back and after showing them proof they wanted to add the egg to the breakfast sandwich (which they missed) instead of just providing fresh ones. And had to discuss at the window for several minutes. Waste of time. Go to Tim’s instead.

Had the mcveggie burger. Definitely not as advertised. Picture in ad shows burger bigger in diameter than the bun and shredded lettuce stacked about the same thickness as the burger. Nowhere close. I thought there was legislation around false advertising

Honestly the worst McDonalds establishment I have ever experienced. Both when in person, the drive through and every time I have ordered there has been something either very wrong with the order or they just cancel order after accepting and charging. I would not recommend eating here.

We ordered a 20 pack of nuggets for our kids, got home and there was only 18! For the price, I would expect to not be shorted. Very disappointed.

Last night our order kept being delayed so we called Mcdonald’s to see what was wrong and everytime we would call they would answer and then hangup. I was able to hear the mcdonald’s machines in the background. This continued to happen for 10-15 minutes until they eventually answered and left the phone flipped upside down. We could hear people but they were ignoring us. 40 minutes goes by and finally when we call we get a human response from someone named Shaun. He was extremely disrespectful and wasn’t helping us whatsoever. Mcdonald’s sucks and your guys customer service needs to be studied
