Last night our order kept being delayed so we called Mcdonald’s to see what was wrong and everytime we would call they would answer and then hangup. I was able to hear the mcdonald’s machines in the background. This continued to happen for 10-15 minutes until they eventually answered and left the phone flipped upside down. We could hear people but they were ignoring us. 40 minutes goes by and finally when we call we get a human response from someone named Shaun. He was extremely disrespectful and wasn’t helping us whatsoever. Mcdonald’s sucks and your guys customer service needs to be studied

i just wanted to take a moment to applaud one of your employees for their truly outstanding professionalism. Its not every night i get to watch my husband get mocked for the way he speaks. is this behaviour really part of the training manual now? Unacceptable..

Stopped in on our way home. We ordered takeout in the restaurant and surprised how quick the meal was prepared. My partner tried to use the washroom and reported both toilets were unavailable because they were plugged. She told staff and they did not address. When back on the highway we opened our takeout. The fries were cold, my cheese burger was not only cold, but it appeared that who ever assembled it was trying to hide that the burger had been sitting for a long time. They covered it in a mountain of condiments - disgusting. My wife had ordered a chicken sandwich which was also cold and appeared to have also sat for a long period. I guess that is why the order was completed so quickly, they gave us the product that should have been tossed. Its disappointing to have had this passed on to us and a reminder for us not to go to Macdonalds in the future.

Your typical McDonalds experience, busy, quick and easy fast food friendly staff.
Womens bathrooms could do with a thorough clean and watch out if your washing your hands you don't get hit with the door as not enough space/poor design between basin and door.

Service can be hit or miss. If I call ahead to have a carafe made so I don't have to wait, only the female manager will do it, not the male.

I came to this McDonald’s last night in the drive through I paid cash I bought 10 junior chickens and 10 double cheeseburgers for my significantly large family 4 children I’m pregnant myself and my youngest child is a year old.
We live an hour and a half away from here my children were very hungry and when I separated the burgers for the kids I gave them the bag with their burgers in it. I had zero intentions of returning the food until my 4 year old took a bite into a completely raw junior chicken burger.
We where already in Calgary and I wasn’t going to let my kids eat raw uncooked food therefore I had to pay more money at a different McDonalds to get them food.
This morning I got a call I have to head back out to the same area so I thought okay I’ll call them and instead of asking for a refund I asked that a supervisor or a manager fixes my entire order because that’s a huge mistake and the supervisor brinadette or whatever her name is told me yes they can do that just to bring my picture proof so as I am halfway to high river she calls me back and tells me that I have to bring the receipt from the bag that we threw out last night as I didn’t want to confuse the raw burgers with the new burgers.
So now even though I have picture proof they are refusing to replace the order that they messed up and won’t take responsibility for the extreme mess up!
I’m extremely pissed off she wouldn’t even give me a phone number to send this photo to so now since she won’t fix this huge mess up I’m posting the photo in the reviews for absolutely everyone to see
Now if the owner sees this and wants to make things right immediately ask your supervisor brinadette for my phone number she has it considering she called me back on it!
I really should be suing for this!!!

The whole staff should be fired and replaced with competent workers. They constantly screw up your orders. Ask for mayo you get ranch. Ask for meals you get half meals and no drinks. It's too bad this is the only one in town. This place take zero accountability and are completely clueless.

Once again my order was wrong, ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no cheese and only small amount of onions and one pickle, nothing else, i ordered ice tea got coke, but the fries were right but hard to get them wrong, maybe it's time to go else where.
