Came here with my Grandmother a couple times now and this is a very nice resturaunt. The waitress was super kind and attentive. Good price for the food, quality ingredients. Thanks so much for a great breakfast.

Very quiet when we went, and unique decor! The food was good sized portions and tasty. The server was a dream, absolutely lovely young lady provided great service.

It was a quaint little experience, the atmosphere was bland for what I was expecting and the food was just ok nothing really stood out to make me want to go back but glad I tried it.

Great little place to stop for a casual lunch. A lot of good options for everybody and picky eaters. It is a small but unique space, close to the centre of town. The beef dip tasted just like home made! Fairly small portions for the price, but we did not leave disappointed.

The gentleman that owns this place has his locals heart in mind but will not be bothered if he does not know you. Asked 3 times for water for my dog on a plus 32 degree day finally got her some myself and got a lecture for it. Stop talking to the locals and do your job. Took two hours to get a meal and I knew it was busy but then I was refused a second drink, I do not even drink two drinks I was just there so long I felt I should. Who refuses a 65 year old lady a second drink. I have a medical condition two is past my limit but it was a long wait and a very hot day and I watered them both down when I eventually got water myself. When I told him I was old enough to have two drinks he told me to leave and the waitress had the nerve to ask me for the 16 dollar change as her tip. No tip No return. What a disgusting owner

This eatery is a historical experience, a CPRail passenger train turned into a restaurant that offers home food: fresh baked bread fresh pies, obviously freshly made hollandaise sauce with just the right zing and not too butter forward.
You can Build Your Own Eggs Benedict and Bugers, and the soup of the day was deliciously well balanced. The stuffed French toast was a hit and so was the Chicken Green Apple Sandwich.
The owner has train stories to tell and is an excellent host.
The bathroom at the back of the car (not accessible given the age and build of the rail car) has a geometric ceiling tile and is well maintained.

2nd best spot in town, nice for a family breakfast, not to mention the concept and atmosphere. Thumbs up from me.

It's a neat experience. However not very kid friendly. If you need a highchair, bring your own. I also found them to extremely disorganized and over their heads. Probably sat for a good 10 minutes before even asked for a drink. Let alone make an order. Not the end of the world, but won't be returning.

My wife is celiac and had a salad, I had breakfast and my mother had grilled cheese and fries. All the meals were delicious. Service was very good - the waitress was very knowledgeable about the gluten-free options. We are going to be in the Calgary area for 2 weeks. This is our first day. We can't keep, coming back to the same restaurant - but we're tempted!!

Sat inside for 10 minutes waiting to be seated. There were seats available but no servers would seat us. Waited 25 minutes once seated before leaving as we were walked passed and people who came in after us were served.

I love this place. The food is amazing and the service is great. The train cart is beautifully decorated and it is a great experience dining in a historical train cart. Highly recommended.

It's a neat experience, dining in a train car. Place was cleaning and warming. The service was great, smiles all around. I had the salmon benny, it was average, felt like the salmon was a bit overcooked but it was still ok. Prices were average and the place had plenty of parking available. Small place so we lucked out with seating but I feel like this would a place that reservations should be made in advance.

The best diner I’ve been to. The food is amazing, very high quality, you can taste the care put into the food. Superb customer service. The owner obviously has passion for this place and it shows. We’ll be back again. I recommend you give this little gem a chance.
