I don't go to Tim Hortons often but this location is terrible. The staff have such bad attitudes and seem to hate working there! Yesterday I walked in and went to the counter to order. 3 employees walked past me and looked at me, yelled to each other across the restaurant in a foreign language, so after 2 mins, I left. Needs new staff here, miserable people. Tim Hortons is no longer a Canadian establishment! It is ruined. Remember the good old days.

They are usually pretty good with orders however the last few times I’ve ordered a bagel BELT it comes without lettuce or tomato. Kind of disappointing to be paying for something and not even receive it done right.

The workers aren't communicating well with each other during rushes. I was missing my doughnut and muffin and it took awhile to get my order which was a coffee, breakfast sandwich, muffin, and doughtnut. Never did get my muffin. I overheard someone else having troubles with their order as well who came from the drive through. It was clean, food was decent but workers were flustered and confused during a rush.

Ordered a cold brew and it looked like a cup of cream. You will find it in the garbage can outside... I threw it away as I walked out the door. There were next to no donuts out either and the donuts that were there we were not able to add to a 1/2 dozen without extra charges. Three staff in the front and nobody in the drive through and had to wait several minutes. Went to the other store on High Country and got my drink perfect. Why did I go there? I did not think the staff would accept my feedback graciously. There is something to be said about pride in doing a good job and value for your money.
Very polite young lady who helped me pick a variety of muffins. Suggested the lemon poppyseed with cream cheese in the middle. Good choice. Thank you

NOTICED THEY DELETED MY POST! The inside is always dirty. If you don't mind frozen meat in sandwiches, barely filled drinks with too much ice and constantly out of food item, this is the place for you.
