We are going to cranbrook to calgary. We stop at tim hortons drive thru to get some coffee and bagels. We order brownies as well they charged for it but they did not put in the bag. I don’t may be they are not trained well now we can’t go back to get our order. Worst experience in my life.

At around 1:55 July 3 order a bagel double toasted with extra cream cheese bacon and tomatoe….. i asked for it to be double toasted. They did not. I am so damn tired of coming to Tim’s for a bagel and every time it’s not to standard. So I ask for extra cream cheese and I paid for it and this is what I get ? Never again. So tired of this. Tim’s has gone SO DOWN HILL.

What made the experience even more unpleasant was overhearing the lady who prepared my coffee telling the person who handed it to me that I should “better make my coffee at home.” I found this comment to be unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect not only a quality product but also courteous service. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope you will address this matter with your staff to ensure it does not happen to others. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
