The food and service was good, but the bathrooms are disgusting.. I stayed for over an hour, went twice and the bathroom just kept getting worse. This was the woman's so I couldn't imagine what the mens looks like. Should probably have staff be checking.

Finally a Tim Hortons that knows what extra caramel drizzle means. They serve some of the best (as in the most consistent taste and texture) iced caps that I've had. The bagels and wraps however are toasted/"grilled" too quickly. Asking for a double toasted or double grilled will help; but still gives that microwaved texture. Overall a good Tim's.

Stopped for coffee and food. Washroom was dirty with blood on the seat. Had to clean it with soap before using. Ordered and waited almost 20 minutes for our order while they served the drive thru window instead. Disappointing service.

Terrible service and worse food. You'll stand at the till waiting while there's 5 people chilling in the back and they'll still give you the wrong order. Save yourself the headache, make breakfast at home or go to McDonalds across the street.

Stopped there for a while with my 1 year old and my husband. Service is good, washrooms were super clean (even the diaper station that made me happy), and the infant high chairs were clean as well. Super friendly local people, lively atmosphere! If you stop, do say hi to Sheila from the staff. She is so kind and hardworking!!P.S. - Dear Manager, Sheila deserves a raise?

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Staff are not friendly, be lucky if the female staff fake a smile once in a blue moon. Coffee and tea are almost always cold and constantly have to be asked to provide fresh or hot. They will microwave instead of making a fresh pot every 20min. The restaurant is dirty especially the restroom. Will not be back.

We usually enjoy Tim Hortons on a regular basis. This location is horrible. The food is not prepared properly. Cold pizza, and a toasted and buttered bagel buttered on one side? We regularly stop at this location in High River as we travel between Calgary and Home. It’s consistently been a let down and the washrooms are always disgusting.Update: I returned today Saturday September 9th. 1 bagel 15min. 1 person was working the sandwich station area which meant they were responsible for bagels, sandwiches and pizzas… on a Saturday. Your still failing to understand the issue.
