Really had a great experience at this location. The location was busy when I went, but the staff were still friendly and accommodating. Their focus was at one customer at a time, which made my experience personalized and smooth. Will for sure come back!

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The service was excellent; fast and efficient, yet still warm and friendly. The staff really made an effort to be accommodating, and it showed. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment to enjoy my visit. This is by far the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Highly recommended!

I had to edit this review, both locations in high River have hired a plethora of Phillipinos, and none of them can't get anything right.
Constantly wrong orders and crappy attitude on the last 6 months of 2024, both of these locations have been terrible. Wicked bad service, wrong orders.
Terrible attitudes from the employees.
This goes for both locations.
Clearly alot of this is going unnoticed to the owner.

It's very unpleasant to visit this location when there is a constant problem if order problems and attitude.

First time going in this location. Went here early in the morning. They were busy when I came but I was served in a timely manner. The guy who served me was friendly.

I was insulted by having to wait a very very long time for two pizzas Sunday evening, November 17th. When I realized what the workers did. It made me wonder why some immigrants treat others so poorly. While my 2 pizzas ( 2 for $12) were just sitting open on the counter for what seemed like ages, letting off steam, the workers decided to attend to the drive thru customers, after being too patient and seeing my pizzas just sitting there, I asked how much longer it was going to take. One lady realized that that couldn't be good service ( or maybe it was intentional) decided to do a few more things at the window before coming back to cut the now almost cool pizzas and placed them on a different counter from where I was standing and sprinted back to the drive thru....I walked over to where the two boxes were, took them up and left. No where on earth is this considered good service. I am visiting High River and Tim Hortons was my first stop. Judge for yourself how this would make you feel. I couldn't make this up, check the cameras Sunday evening around 6:30pm....if you guys care ie.
The place was almost empty with about 6 customers who had already were served. I was the only person at the counter and NOT many cars at the drive thru.

Go to the other side of town if you don't want your order constantly messed up or things that you ordered not being given to you and when you literally watch them make your sandwich and they cough all over the food table and not cover there mouth... i come here in the morning on my way to work and the amount of times they have missed giving me what I ordered or mess it up id be able to feed the homeless for a week. This Tim's useto be so good and I never had any issues and im not one to make a review but this is ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and go to the other side of town to the newer Tim's and hopefully that one doesn't constantly disappoint. And to the owner that comments on all the bad reviews telling them to go the the complaint form.. save it im not wasting my time.

The better of the two Tim's in High River, also closer to downtown and more accessible to people like me who do not drive.

I went through the drive through and order a bagel BELT and a caramel ice cap. The BELT had three skimpy pieces of bacon and not even sauce. Unbelievable who would want to eat that???? And the caramel ice cap did not even have a caramel flavour to it. My morning is ruined. Please start making your products as advertised

I arrived at 7:30pm halloween night. There was wanted chili there was none. I then asked for soup. I was told that there was chicken noodles. I ordered and paid for it. Then was told there was only broccoli soup. It's 7:30 people how is there no real options at this time. Seriously upset by this! This is ridiculous

It was very busy that day because it was the evening of the hot air balloon glow. Staff were able to handle the volume of customers well, orders were complete in a timely way and the staff gave good customer service despite what I expect would have been a stressful shift due to the volume of people.
