I asked the staff to change gloves while preparing my food because I’m vegan, but they didn’t, even after I asked clearly. For people with dietary restrictions, this isn’t a small request. It felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously. Tim Hortons really needs to train staff better on this.

Coffee wasn't very good seemed weak. Ordered a double double and they didn't stir it so all the sugar stayed settled on the bottom but got a really good sugar rush once I got to the bottom of the cup.
Really had a great experience at this location. The location was busy when I went, but the staff were still friendly and accommodating. Their focus was at one customer at a time, which made my experience personalized and smooth. Will for sure come back!

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The service was excellent; fast and efficient, yet still warm and friendly. The staff really made an effort to be accommodating, and it showed. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment to enjoy my visit. This is by far the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Highly recommended!
