Best Hand Pies I have had. A co-worker introduced me to Ubuntu pies when our office ordered from them 3 years ago for Pi Day (March 14). Their pies are flakey, full of filling, flavourful and super filling. We have not been disappointed with any of their savory or sweet pies. They delivered them hot and ready to eat which was helpful. I highly recommend them whenever someone asks for pie place recommendations.

We started ordering their pies for our office to celebrate Pi Day on March 14th - but this year, something unexpected happened. Everyone loved them so much that one Pi Day wasn’t enough. We ended up having a second Pi Day in April just so people could get another taste, and honestly, we’re already talking about planning a few more “Pi Days” before the next official one rolls around!
Every pie arrives freshly baked, warm, and full of heart. The crust is perfectly flaky, the fillings are generous and flavorful, and the entire experience - from ordering to delivery - is thoughtful and professional. So far we’ve only tried the pies and have been very impressed with the hearty fillings and flavours! I am always a fan of the vegetarian pies, while my husband enjoys the meat pies. Very good crust, nice and flakey. We would definitely buy these again! A great option for lunch or a fast dinner.

the most delicious well seasoned meat enrobed in perfectly flaky pastry. this applies to everything on the menu. I have yet to try a sweet hand pie but if they're anything like the savory ones I suggest them too. Got sausage rolls amd the steak and mushroom pies at the Strathmore mothers day market. Salesman was kind and charming and was so sweet to let me etransfer when his debit wasn't working.
