This place is going downhill so fast! Ate here for the first time in 8 months. Restaurant was absolutely disgusting & filthy inside, every table was dirty and there was garbage all over the floor. The staff was so miserable and difficult to deal with. Food was less than mediocre, for the prices they now charge, they better produce a better product. This location should probably just close at this point...

Grumpy associate on the headset. She didn't like it when I said it would be nice if they could get the lights fixed on their menu board.

Last time I was there and ordered a chili baked potato, the potato wasn't cooked through and they either forgot to put the chili in the bag or they didn't have any and forgot to mention that...that wouldn't be the first time!

CPTSD MALFUNCTIONING

So say's closed at 8:30 but doors closed and lights off on drive through at 7:40 pm Thursday. A sly shift leader making it appear as if closed so as to negate any pesky customers. Garbages empty at 7:;41 and ready to close early. Didn't bother ordering why shop where the staff are less than enthusiastic to serve. Really wanted a frosty now we're getting shakes and burgers elsewhere .

I order the exact same thing every-time I go. I get their bacon Swiss breakfast sandwiches cuz I’m allergic to sausage, I am very specific when ordering but I always manage to order and they give me the wrong sandwich’s almost every time, when I go in to get it fixed they tell me (what I said) to them, or what they think I said… but because 99% of them don’t speak English or the bare minimum they have no customer service or understanding, pretty sure one of the people there don’t know the difference between sausage and bacon, and apparently don’t know how to stir the coffee. This is very frustrating as when I was in the fast food industry the main priority was that the customer is happy and satisfied, and never have I ever told someone else “what I heard them say to me” I’d just say what can I do to fix this problem instead of trying to argue. Seems like there priority is to get u in n out fast as possible which makes sense hence fast food but A. Have some customer service don’t just open the window let a guy pay and close it with 0 words used, B. Make sure u got the correct order which would mean double checking and TALKING to the customer. Last but not least could not stress this enough how disrespectful it is speaking a foreign language in a public place of employment. In saying that not that I’m not going to make a big difference but I will no longer go to this Wendy’s. There hours of operation are 7:30am till when ever.. usually have to bang on the door at 7:30 to get them to unlock, just seems sloppy all around.when u go in usually takes 10-15 min even when u are the only person there seems like they just don’t care.

Took forever to get through the drive through. Then didn’t put my lid on right so almost spilt my drink everywhere. Went inside once too and service was just as slow, and gave me one napkin

The workers were super cool we don’t have a car and the dining room was closed so they let us go up the driveway unlike McDonald’s and we didn’t have to order at the stand they let us skip until the last window and took are order there
