The workers were super cool we don’t have a car and the dining room was closed so they let us go up the driveway unlike McDonald’s and we didn’t have to order at the stand they let us skip until the last window and took are order there
Brutal ordering, 15 minute wait, tried over and over scanning my QR code for rewards on the app until I just said "don't worry about the points, can I just pay and get my food please???" The manager came over and started trying to explain that they were having trouble scanning my rewards code and that the points might not be added. I said again, I don't care, I've been waiting 15 minutes and had already picked up my wife's order from McDonald's....
Just need to tweak a few things to make this Wendy's in league with the others. The plexi barrier has to come down - with an open kitchen and loud vent fans you can't hear the counter person and they can't hear the customer place an order - that makes service quality and accuracy suffer. Next the fountain drink machine is outdated, often out of several drink types or flat. Finally there's a squeaking appliance of some type that gives off a terrible high pitch...
