Used a coupon today that expired in 10 days and they would not return it so I could use it again. I asked for it back and was told this location (Innisfail) didn’t return coupons!😤😤
Never had a problem here, food is good, staff are nice. Honestly after 10 plus years of eating here my only real observation would be the tomatoes, it's either so squishy that it's turning into ketchup as I bite, or its super super super fresh but has the most possible stems in a tomatoe slice 😂 again I really like this place but consistatly for 10 plus years I've never had a super fresh tomatoe that was full of the tomatoe stem in the center, not complaining...
My favourite place for a rest stop on drives between Edmonton and Calgary. The food and coffee is generally pretty good for a fast food chain. The place is clean with good service. Pulling in at this Innisfail location is much easier than dealing with the traffic at gasoline alley in Red Deer. Plus there’s a nice grassed area with picnic tables across the street so my dog can get out and have a break also.
