If you order delivery DO NOT expect it to arrive on time. My last 2 deliveries were substantially late. I had hoped the first was just an off day for them, but it wasn't and my food arrived cold both times. I will not be ordering again. Also, portion sizes have gotten much smaller.

Im not one to normally complain but my experience with the past 2 deliveries our food was cold... I called the second time to let them know and was only offered a free dessert on my next order. Which in my opinion thats pretty sad since i spent $65 plus delivery fee on 2 burgers and onion rings... Sorry but I don't think I'm gonna be ordering from this establishment again. On a side note don't have your delivery driver deliver 8 orders on one go, get more delivery drivers because he looked stressed out and doesn't deserve that.

Read the Reviews others post I agree Service is Horrible it took 45 minute for the meal to get served and 15 minutes before she took our order. If you have a limited lunch hour. Good luck with eatting before you have to leave

Today we had a table of 4 attending. Today we can say they did much better than other days. Today food was some of the better food they have served in many visit.
The Service was the worst ever (Aug 25, 2025) The service would have been better if it was self serve. We wish that there could be a zero rate for service
On multiple visits review you can expect anywhere from a 2.5 star two to a 4.5 star rating sad to say it appears to be staffing situation for such roller coaster ratings.
The Brand needs to work harder with consistency and quality. Innisfail has other great location which far exceed Boston Pizza. Location like Petro's are way better for same cost. Unfortunately they are closed on Mondays.
Boston pizza you cannot accept poor server with attitude who expect tips.
Paying customer need to be warn the food is above average but service is way below.
we sat in the lounge for almost 40 mins and haven't gotten our drinks yet, not only that, the bartender forgot our order multiple times and had to come back and ask us what we got. Conversations were awkward and it felt like nobody wanted to be here. Won't be coming back.

Came in here yesterday. It took 20 mins for us to get our drinks. They forgot our order twice and had to come ask us what it was. Overall, not great. Wouldn’t come back again.

Food tasted great and the server was also fantastic, other than the fact our appies came and then our food was out at the same time it was a good meal. We had to pull another table over to put our meals on while we finished our appies. I asked them to take my food back and keep it warm while I finished.

Arrived today sat down in the lounge every second table was not cleaned off and still dirty. We waited for service and received absolutely no service. 2 other tables no service as well. One table had menus but no drinks. Will not return!
