I'm a regular, order poutine and regular donair all the time for lunch. Never longer then 10 mins to pick up! Today I was told 20-25 mins. That time is no good!! I guess I'll find a new lunch spot!

If I could marry a pizza, it would be one made here. Don't skip Buster's for your pizza cravings. You'll regret it and miss out on entering a higher state of consciousness brought on by their delicious pies.

Absolutely terrible customer service. By the sounds of it someone needs to go home for a few days. Disrespectful. Btw I like your “the customer is always right policy’s!!! “ never ordering from this place ever again! Just read your comment and I also wanted to say you go back and track our call and listen to your disrespectful employees. Are you also from innisfail? Do you even want good costumers? Cuz the way yall treat people isn’t right if I were you I’d check myself before trying to back it up lmfao and if you did your best this is pathetic. Yall need to learn you don’t run this town you arnt anything without your customers so treat people better with less sass like you do realize all your doing is making yourself/the company look bad, keep it up you might actually get shut down big guy!

The pizza here is delicious, however due to a communication issue, I am writing a bad review. I ordered pizzas for my weddings late lunch, and called a few days in advance with an estimate of how many pizzas I'd want and stressed that the amount would change depending on the amount of guests that left by the late lunch. I knew we would probably need less than I'd ordered and was told to call 1 hour prior with any changes. I had a really hard time communicating with the employee on the phone, and felt a little nervous about it.So on the wedding night, the crowd had thinned out quite a bit so we called to inform them that we would only need 6 pizzas instead of 12. Again it was very difficult communicating this. And almost as expected an error was made. They made an additional 6 pizzas, and delivered us 18 pizzas for our 25 guests. We gave away a lot of pizzas so none went to waste, butI feel this communication issue is unacceptable.
The donair was the most disgusting sloppy thing I have ever ate in my life..I had to scrape the sauce off with paper towel and even then it was still a soggy garlic mess..the whole $50 order went in the garbage..DO NOT EAT

I just order one tonight and this is the most slapped together soggy donair I have ever had. Can’t even eat it. Let me just pull a fork out my bum to eat this soggy donair salad I paid 13$ for …. Never again

I used to go to the M10 franchise locations many times for meniere's awesome steakhouse restaurant style pizza and some of the best owners you'll ever have without the nightmare afterwards I highly recommend
