My friggen blizzard was basicly a melted milkshake when they handed it to me they didn't even turn it upside down. Went there October 6th 2025 my freaking blizzard can be enjoyed with a straw you cant use a spoon its a skor milkshake. Just drinking my blizzard.

Go here pretty often. Good ice cream, good food. Little pricey but you get what you pay for. Definitely a go to.
Was not busy AT ALL hence why this mistake is bugging me I understand if it was busy but me and boyfriend went and he asked for the crispy spicy chicken burger they had asked him if he wanted it crispy or grilled and he said crispy so now saying it twice that he had wanted it crispy and we had still gotten a grilled one yes it’s a simple mistake but still very frustrating after not eating all day and working a 9 hour day we don’t even live in innisfail to go back and get a new one and the lady’s eyes at the window looked very red and glazed I don’t know if that had something to do with the mistake

The strawberry milkshakes are the best!
Excellent friendly service every time I go in. The Mushroom burger with extra mushroom sauce is my favorite. Throw the employees a pizza party 🎉
