Whenever I ordered from there through DoorDash , they always cancel my order and didn’t give me refund. I always had to contact DoorDash directly and ask for my money. Like if you don’t have things then just simply remove it from menu.

Ridiculously expensive for take out. Portion sizes are tiny. $200 worth of food was barely able to feed 3 people. Butter chicken was more like Butter chicken soup when it arrived. Will never order here again.

I’ve always enjoyed the food there, but I have issues with the online ordering. You go through the app, place your order it tells you to pick up in 30 mins then you do so, get to the store to find out it is closed, go to website, it indicates store is open, I understand businesses need to close for certain reasons but if your not going to be open for business indicate that on your website, and through your on line ordering system, so your not being charged for food you never get, and then have to call the restaurant several times as the phone rings, lucky to get an answer to ask if your going to get your food or what? I’m not sure what to say after that, it’s happened 2 times now. Love to support local businesses but him losing faith in this one.

Server was really nice and helpful, food came out in a timely manner. Samosas and tikka masala were excellent with a nice heat level (ordered medium spice) and good flavor.

Worst restaurant ever, i was trying to call but no one picked up the call then I placed online order and waited 30 minutes but when I went to pick it they said they never received the order, they have wifi issue. So I placed the order at restaurant, told me 20 minutes and it took them 40 minutes to prepare it, no one was at the reception I have to go at the back to ask how long it will take. Food was expensive and below average. They charged me $9 for one piece of ras malai, are you kidding me this is straight up robbery. They didn’t pack the food properly either by the time I got home half of the food of spilled. They don’t have a professional cook, it taste like it was prepared by an amateur cook.

I paid $18 for kababs and you can check the quality and quantity of it in the picture. Naan was frozen, mix veg was not properly cooked and throw frozen vegetables in it and didn’t bother cook it. I don’t understand how they are allowed to operate like this.

Everything I bought was either frozen, store bought or uncooked. Not even a single item was decent. Completely trash place, food and service.

Their washroom didn’t have handsoap or paper.

I am so upset that I spent my time and money on this garbage place. This restaurant needs to shut down for good.

Never hated a restaurant experience so much.

Overall wasted my money, time and energy here. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT

"Absolutely fantastic experience at Fireside !! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The aroma of authentic Indian spices filled the air, setting the stage for a culinary journey like no other. Each dish we tried was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared with fresh ingredients. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the naan bread perfectly fluffy, and the biryani packed with fragrant spices. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff .I can't wait to return for another unforgettable dining experience!"

New owners, not the restraunt it use to be , use to go there all the time with guys from work at least once a week... Since new ownership, I've been there 3 times, food was unflavorful, atmosphere gave dollar store vibes and the bathroom reminded me of a truck stop bathroom... Poor dishwasher girl was left to serve us while the pressumed manager slept in a booth snoring pretty much beside us and when he did wake up, he laughed about drinking to much this morning... very unprofessinal

This just might be Innisfail’s best kept secret for dining! I and my two sons aged 10 and 6 visited Fireside for the first time to dine in and were wowed by the delicious food and friendly hospitality. The chana masala, samosas, rice, naan, and dessert we had such a lovely mix of flavours. Very high quality and authentic Indian while still being accessible. My younger son is super picky (a pasta and potatoes guy) but he loved it and ate everything. We had a hard time choosing what to eat as the menu had so many tasty sounding items, and that’s rare for us as we are plant-based. The staff were very courteous and welcoming. There seemed like lots of great space to have large groups or work parties. I highly recommend trying this gem. We are eager to go back and bring friends and family.

Vegetarian options: Lots of unique vegetarian options

Dietary restrictions: Easy to eat vegetarian, possibly vegan, and gluten free.

Parking: A whole free parking lot outside.

Kid-friendliness: My boys aged 10 and 6 loved the food.

The first time I went was excellent. The food was great, the portions were huge and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The second time must have been a slow day, but the service was slow, and the food was good, but not great.I will assume that was just a one-off, and I will go again if I'm in the area. I'll update my review if I do.

I did call the restaurant as I was about to travel 1.25 hour to their restaurant and about to reach at 7:40 and they close at 8:30 to make sure they have enough time for us to eat. We went to experience something new and told them that i need Indian Veg Food and they said its ok we are available to accommodate you. Upon reaching there was a lady at front desk, she was the cashier, she was the server, basically there was no one else in whole restaurant. I went with my family. They said they don’t have sandwiches available then they said tandoor is not available for naan and roti and we will be just able to get ready made naan which we can also get at home. We ordered noodles and they were tasteless, we ordered paneer and naan, We just felt we wasted our time and money by going here. You guys have a good big space, I wish food quality and food availability can reflect same. Not recommended.

Vegetarian options: We ordered your special paneer lababdaar which was so tasteless, sorry to say.
