This just might be Innisfail’s best kept secret for dining! I and my two sons aged 10 and 6 visited Fireside for the first time to dine in and were wowed by the delicious food and friendly hospitality. The chana masala, samosas, rice, naan, and dessert we had such a lovely mix of flavours. Very high quality and authentic Indian while still being accessible. My younger son is super picky (a pasta and potatoes guy) but he loved it and ate everything. We had a hard time choosing what to eat as the menu had so many tasty sounding items, and that’s rare for us as we are plant-based. The staff were very courteous and welcoming. There seemed like lots of great space to have large groups or work parties. I highly recommend trying this gem. We are eager to go back and bring friends and family.Vegetarian options: Lots of unique vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Easy to eat vegetarian, possibly vegan, and gluten free.Parking: A whole free parking lot outside.Kid-friendliness: My boys aged 10 and 6 loved the food.

The first time I went was excellent. The food was great, the portions were huge and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The second time must have been a slow day, but the service was slow, and the food was good, but not great.I will assume that was just a one-off, and I will go again if I'm in the area. I'll update my review if I do.

I did call the restaurant as I was about to travel 1.25 hour to their restaurant and about to reach at 7:40 and they close at 8:30 to make sure they have enough time for us to eat. We went to experience something new and told them that i need Indian Veg Food and they said its ok we are available to accommodate you. Upon reaching there was a lady at front desk, she was the cashier, she was the server, basically there was no one else in whole restaurant. I went with my family. They said they don’t have sandwiches available then they said tandoor is not available for naan and roti and we will be just able to get ready made naan which we can also get at home. We ordered noodles and they were tasteless, we ordered paneer and naan, We just felt we wasted our time and money by going here. You guys have a good big space, I wish food quality and food availability can reflect same. Not recommended.Vegetarian options: We ordered your special paneer lababdaar which was so tasteless, sorry to say.

Ordered DoorDash For The First Time Ordering One Item From The Menu, The Order Was Cancelled Immediately By The Staff. I Called To Find A Reason For The Issue and The Call Was Not Picked Up After Ringing For 3 Mins. Business Was Verified To Be Open. If A Business Offers An Online Menu, They Should Be Able To Honour The Service. This Type Of Service Does Not Deserve A Second Chance.

We had amazing time at fireside Indian bar and restaurant. The food , service and ambiance was perfect for a corporate party. All drinks were served with complimentary snacks and both vegetarian and non vegetarian food items were delicious. Looking forward for visiting again.

We ordered from Fireside for the first time tonight. I asked if they were able to make me Aloo Keema as it’s my favourite and just about nobody makes it’s. they were happy to make it for me; with some alterations, and it was very good! Everything we ordered was great!

Naan was dry, hard and not fresh or made in house. Butter chicken was bland and spices did not taste like the usual butter chicken I get elsewhere. I love Indian food and this was not it. Extremely overpriced and portions were small. Will not be returning.

Unexpectedly horribly service for the first time ever in indian restaurant where front desk employee doesn’t know what is in the menu over the phone call.

The food was good. But our server forgot some of our order, our dishes and silverware were dirty. She was also very slow and we barely seen her.

If you eat here make sure your chicken is fully cooked!I love to support our small businesses in town in hopes they grow and thrive but this was beyond a horrible experience for my family and I. We ordered 3 items and were planning to have a little buffet and try new things. They brought us out Chicken wings covered in a dark heavy sauce and my fiance ate a whole one, my toddler had a bite and I had a bite and noticed that the chicken was completely raw ? We got up and left immediately and we were terrified that we were going to get salmonella poison all week but thankfully We didn't.Our waitress was very polite

Had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. Initially, attempted to call ahead for a timely pre-order while traveling from Calgary, but no one answered the phone. Upon arriving, we ordered mixed pakoras, paneer lababdar, and 2 garlic naans. Despite specifying spice levels, the paneer dish was overly sweet, and instead of garlic naan, we received pre-made ones, as we were informed the tandoor was not functioning. The server didn't address the mistake adequately and charged us the full price for the missing garlic naan. Also ordered Indian railway Tea, overly sweet. Overall, not recommended due to both service and food issues.
