The zoo has lost its pizzazz. There's no excitement here, the poor girl that works there has no personality or character, and the people that own it dont give a crap one way or the other. I used to love the zoo!! Big sad.

Since Sam finally got out of there, it has really gone down hill. The new night “bartender”is terrible, and unfriendly. Only 4 of us in there, and we couldn’t get another round until she had our glasses, which she let one of us carry to the bar. Men’s bathroom smells worse than a septic tank, garbage bins in washroom were over full. This is the bar not the restaurant. Bartender gets your drink wrong, she still gives it to you to and charges. The only reason people are there at night is the other places are closed.
